Oh it’s been retired for a while now. 😥 But I will wait around and pray some more that someone has one they would like to part with. 😳
Like ski and her pink, it’s me and my green. I hated to ehar that emerald colored dragons got retired. But the only one of those I missed out on was the Rising Spectral Dragon. So I am always open for those two “green” colored ones. Oh yeah, and a regular green Emporer… 😕Oh I have seen it, and figure I will get it one day to finish the collection, but still holding my breath for the Hawks… 😆
Purple and gold!!! Currently its in the Jeep, but I will get it up soon. I have silver and blue too, and red and gold. I switch every year between the 3. Christmas is always a fun time of year!
It is a tough sell, but next time I try I am going to take a couple of the nicest peices that really make people’s eyes pop. Let’s see them say no then!! I wouldn’t mind opening my own on-line store, but I would have seuch a hard time selling them to anyone, simply because I would want them for myself, it would have to be ones I already have. hee hee 😆
BTW it was back when they were still available, and it was a sweet deal! 8)
I said “Off ebay” I didn’t say I wasn’t at the mall… 😆 😉 😆 😉 😆 😉 I was still buying, just not on ebay. I run in spurts on there, if its something I can buy or available, I rarely do anything with it on ebay, unless its an awesome buy (emerald fledgling for 25.00 for example…yes I did 😀 ). But when I get a wild hair for some retireds, well, EBAY ALL THE WAY!!! But I am far behind and if I don’t do something about the newly retireds, I will be playing catch-up until the day I die… 😛
I found that the super glue gel works best for glueing back peices. I found that there is a type of clay also for filling in cracks called paper clay. It is made out of recycled paper and adhears to the unsmooth surface and dries hard, but you must keep the suface wet to smooth it. Paints? Any good acrylic works for me. I use dick blick brands of everything. If it helps let me know. I’m all for chatting on msn too. 😀
I took 4 yrs of art my senior year in highschool. 2 art/drawing, 1 sculpture, and 1 clay/pottery. I also took art every year it was an elective from 7th to 12th grade, and went to “College for kids” (4 week program where gradeschool students could go to college and see what it was like to go to college)and took science and art there too for 2 summers. I have done scetches of Melody’s work and have some of them hanging around the house. 😳 But did these before I saw there were actual prints I could buy!
I still love to draw, but don’t have much time now as I work and sleep much of my time away. But things will change for me when spring comes. 😆Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I got them, and they are perfect Nessie!!! 😀 😀 😀
Hmmm…doesn’t look like it will be as hard as I thought it would to fix him. But I still want them to pay for breaking it. I know that sounds trifling, but it just makes me upset that they did that with 2 large sculprtures I got in mint condition for such a steal. 👿 The wizard was mint too, that is what stunk about it and I only paid $61.00 for him including shipping and insurance. 😯 (Large Wizard) So if you hang around and watch, you can get some really great deals on ebay. But I am always up for a deal outside of it too, although not may come my way. I am really sad about one I missed before…I fell in love with the castles by Gary too, and I really want a Castle of the Hawks…I would pay good money for one of those. Green is my favorite color and well, its spires are green. I have Merry Ghost and Alchemist Tower, and also Mariner’s Watchtower. I won the one on ebay a bit back, but she sent me the wrong stone…a gargoyle stone instead. I have that one already, and since then I haven’t heard from her other than she was gonna send me the shipping so she could correct it, but that was all. I don’t want to report her, but if she doesn’t answer my emails soon, I may have to. 🙁Yeah, I debated on it before I saw the first post of yours on it Basilisk. But since it isn’t on my enormous want list I passed it by…Besides I am watching a couple others that I want…but sadly I will be at work when they end…Phooey on work 😛 I need to start putting money in the bank and go for the ones I can still order form places rather than go for the oens I know I can wait around for and eventually get…I gave ebay a year break last time, might have to go for another… 😕
My guess would be…the guy in the bushes wearing the camouflage pants and orange sweatshirt? Maybe he is on the deer’s side! 😯
I won’t be selling Windstones on there, but I m thinking about thinnning my Dale Earnhardt Sr. colleciton out. And getting rid of some of the older Isabel blooms I have…I don’t know I haven’t ever sold anything on ebay. 😕
LOL Couldn’t resist it…I couldn’t hardly read it it hurt my mind so. I know I am far from grammatically correct, or a perfect speller. But, Geesh!!! I’d definatley have to go with ski on the reporting thing. That just isn’t right. So misleading and indecipherable. Bleh 😛
