Sorry, fiance and i went out of town for the weekend.
Should I start avoiding dark alleys and wear a bulletproof vest lol?
He was bought at a gift boutique at a local flea market that used to carry Windstones- sadly, long closed now. This was about 12(?) years ago. I do remember they had to order it, it wasn’t in stock. I miss them, all but my original 3 and the newer pieces came from them.

My fiance just presented me with an emerald fledgeling! I just bought a green one, though. So is there anyone here who really wants the emerald one? (there was a receipt in the box; it cost $110) I really don’t want to start down the road of having multiples of a single mold…I agree with the direct-sales or BINs of unpainted SKs, buyer to choose colors from a list (of which some colors are included in price but some may be more expensive), and there’s a waiting period of 6-8, even 10 weeks. I’d gladly pay a grand for one- thank God for the new increase in my credit limit!
My choice would be old green, but I suppose that wouldn’t be possible. Well then, some shade of green anyhow.

I’d have a lot of emeralds to sell if they all came out in green! It’s my favorite color, so I’d go to replace the emeralds with it if I could. It would be SO worth it.I’m so glad he got there safe- I did worry about him lol. Sorry about the customs ouch, I hoped putting ‘Happy Birthday’ on it would prevent their charging anything on it.
It’s wonderful also seeing him be so appreciated!Hah, wish I’d had the money to buy the emerald mom on eBay several months back- now I’m kicking myself. All I need is her and the spectrals, and I’ll have all the Western dragons (except Secret Keeper, not in my budget ATM, and a PYO). One day I’ll have her! Since I can still find spectrals, figure she’s the only one I really need to watch for right now except for baby jade/emerald Oriental.
I just bought 2 of the whites; I don’t plan on keeping them though. I have a little room to play with at the moment, so… I figure I need to return some of the recent luck lol! They will be available to forum members who may have missed out, and I can keep them for a bit if it’s someone who can’t pay at the moment, or work a partial trade, or whatever.

What about the Oriental baby in emerald or jade? I’d bid on the last one, but it went for $150. Is that in line for it, in case I find it elsewhere?
Yeah, I’ve noticed that in other items, prices bottom out right after Christmas and before tax returns- but it doesn’t seem to be holding for Windstones. Do they drop in the summer, like the other things tend to? (been awhile since I felt I could expand my collection)
I’ve seen the mother in other colors recently, but not emerald, and since I only go for shades of green usually… (I’ll see if I can find a peacock one and post where I found it)
Figures, I got the coiled with crystal years ago, and that one I’m seeing lots of places lol.I’d LOVE it, but Arlla has spoken first both times, and I don’t have anything you want either- I’d also have to try to win/buy it elsewhere. Oh well sigh!
I have a little ATM, so maybe I’ll start my serious search with the emerald coiled mother. Her buddy is missing her! Anybody have one, or know where to find one? Thanks in advance!
