This forum has been quiet recently; I guess all our repairers are too busy repairing to post, or else people’s Windstones have stopped breaking. 🙂
Although that reminds me I noticed a chip on my Emerald Mouse Wizard two days ago! I have no idea how; he’s been on that shelf for ages and hasn’t moved, and I’ve walked by him every day for the last two weeks and not noticed it, so… *shrug* It’s amazing how they manage to pick up dings and scrapes as though by magic. 🙂 I’d start a repair thread for him, but I’m currently remodeling a bathroom so all my other projects are pretty much on hold!

He turned out great! Love the gold ‘mask’ over his muzzle and the golden wing borders.
Please post a photo once he has his dangle; the pendant sounds very cool! I’m sure he will be a great guardian for such a treasure.

The “Sandstorm” mother dragon looks like a light brown/light blue version of the Brown dragons.
Someone gave their Old Brown a bath and used the whitening shampoo! 🙂

Oh, man, I would absolutely help run a Windstone booth at one of my local cons, but they’re probably all too small for Windstone to bother with. I am definitely a Con Creature, and would attend way more of them if I had the money and the time off work!
I bought my male Silver Wolf griffin at Worldcon 66/Denvention 3, back in 2008! This involved schlepping him home in a backpack as my carry-on luggage. 🙂 Once his box was in the backpack it just about had room left over for a toothbrush and one paperback novel, weighed as much as a load of bricks, and his box dug a line into my lumbar muscles while I trekked through miles of airport, but it was totally worth it. 🙂

Melody, will the sitting oriental dragons be painted in more production colours sometime soon? I would like to be able to buy a pastel rainbow or rainbow one in the future.
Seconding this question; I’d love to have one in Peacock to match my Oriental family!

Very interesting! The blue eyes aren’t doing it for me, though, so I probably won’t bid/buy. Scrimshaw is a cool name, though!
