You are not alone on this. GSP is horrendous. I’ve had packages return to me completely opened and ripped like Freddy Krueger got to it first. No joke.
Their prices are awful to begin with, but the condition and unsafe packaging skills are unforgivable.
What I dont understansd is how they continue to get away with this crappy service, and ebay doesn’t seem to even care. Being ripped open like ‘freddy krueger’ is the NORM for them…. I see it everyday ! Yet nobody does anything…. π Im really starting to hate ebay because of this.
I used to draw a lot when I was young as well. I was into Wildlife, my favorite artist was Robert Bateman… I still love his stuff. I drew ducks, lots of them, but didnt keep any π I also drew white-tailed deer a lot, and I went through my horses and unicorns phase also. Mine always faced right though, and Im right-handed. I cant imagine drawing one facing left !?
I also drew my share of skulls and creepy things π I do have some of those lying around here somewhere, if I ever get a chance to post them up I will π I do miss drawing, but I find I have lost the skill…. I guess its true when they say if you don’t use it, you’ll loose it, lol !
Rylorien, this is great, loved this post ! π
I wish I could put a couple from each batch in my cart but alas this canadian girl has to opt out on these beauties!!! With the sad state of our canadian dollar…… Poads are not in the cards. With exchange it would be double the cost with shipping!!! Waaaa. I will just keep on looking and admiring and hoping our damn economy comes back in the next year or two.
Beautiful work one again Melody!! Your amazing.Im right there with you on this one…. our Canadian dollar is soooo bad right now, and with Christmas soon enough, well I cant be buying every single Windstone I want anymore…. *cries* …. π Maybe Santa will bring me one? LOL!
So sorry to hear this Kim, and it does sound like she waited until you got home. At least it was peaceful, and happened at home with you both. It always so hard loosing a beloved pet π *hugs*
Wasnt sure where else to post this, but I figured here would be fine π
Thank you Susie and Pam for sending me my Phuzziology degree !! It was wonderful, and a great surprise ! Plus the photos and description of the fuzzy I had discovered added to the back of this was a wonderful addition ! You sure put some effort into this, and I greatly appreciate it !!!
Thank you so much !
Years back we had a beagle pup with dew claws on his front and back legs. When we got him neutered the vet also removed the dew claws, as like others have said, its way easier to remove them when young, and before any accidents. Since Odie ,the beagle, was going to be a rabbit hound and would be doing lots of running through the woods, an accident with his dew claws would have been guaranteed. He didnt seem to even notice that they had been removed π
Welcome Bellaray13 ! Im also Canadian, from down in Nova Scotia π Sounds like your going to fit right in here π
Your art is AMAZING ! I especially love the 2nd unicorn, the windswept look, that one blows my mind ! You do have some major talent, thats for sure π
October 1, 2015 at 5:08 pm in reply to: 2015 Forum ACEO Swap | Checking In – Have all ACEO Card packets Been Received? #935224I mailed my cards a few days ago, please let me know when they arrive safe n sound π
I’m so glad she made it safe and sound, she got a rather late start since I have been down with a nasty bug that just doesn’t want to go away. I was hoping you would like her Amstaff. We went to a local festival last month and I fell in love with the scarves, ending up with three of them. Two of which have become fuzzies! I just wore mine over the weekend to the winery, she made for quite the conversation piece!
She got here in plenty of time, and yes, I adore her! Thank you π
I got my new fuzzy today, her name is Thia, and she is a giant fuzzy π A Silken Bejeweled Thailand Fuzzy to be exact ! She is very friendly, and keeps jumping on my shoulders as she wants to ride around with me on my neck;) Silly girl ! All my other fuzzies insisted on meeting her, as you can see :
Thank you so much Ciarnet , she is beautiful !
September 27, 2015 at 5:30 pm in reply to: The Most Epic Dog Photography by Alicja ZmysΕowska #934955Oh wow, those are amazing !!! Just beautiful! Im guessing those dogs are also very smart and well trained π There is no way my girl would have posed like pups, or stayed still long enough, lol !
Most of them are Herding or Working breeds, like Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, Blue Heelers, German Shepherds, and the like. All of them are extremely intelligent in their own right, and are highly trainable π
The bottom picture reminds me of my Aussie girl who passed on three years ago.Oh yes, I know those breeds of dogs are very intelligent. Not that others are not intelligent, I know there are many smart dogs, but like you mentioned, these ones are highly trainable. The herding dogs just wont be that happy with life unless they have a job to do, a task with which they can please their owners π These breeds live to work π Its in their genes π
Your lucky to have owned such a beautiful girl π

Wow, so at least 2 others besides myself so far…wow ! I do hope everyone checks their stored boxes just in case.
Thanks so much Susie for looking into this ! I was kind of curious, since Im sure you guys do have a large supply of the peanuts… foo foos ! LOL! I didnt think that they were coming from you guys, but it was so nice of you to check !
And thank you so much for that info! I had NO idea they were made of cornstarch ! No wonder the bugs loved them so ! And it proved my theory, that they only seemed to like this kind, and not the ones that were plastic or styrofoam based π I wish I had known they dissolved down the drain in water though… that would have saved me some time in filling 4 X-large clear bags with these foo foos π That sure is some interesting info, and this will certainly come in handy in the future! Its good to know these ones are environmentally safe also.
Thanks again Susie, for all that you do ! Its so nice to know you and all the other awesome staff at Windstone really care… and its easy to see, as you guys always show it ! π *happy hugs* !!
