Thanks for the support everyone πŸ™‚

And no, we are not in disagreements for more money….as a lot of people will assume. Its for job security/stability…for instance there is currently a maximum distance they can force a person to move to. For instance they could say there is a position 15mins away at another office and you have to take it …but ifs it too far away you could refuse and keep your current position. They are trying to change that to province wide, so they could say if you want to keep your job you have to move to the other end of the province to work at a postal facility there. Thats insane to be able to uproot someone like that so of course we are fighting that.

There is also our pension which is at risk….and is a big deal for a lot of us. And there are many other issues as well such as things like our paid half hour lunch they may try to take away etc etc.

Im not big into the union really, so Im noy up to date on all the issues, but there is a strike vote tomorrow that I will be attending so I should learn more.

I really hate all the drama that goes with all this at work…I rather enjoy my job and try to enjoy my days there are share some laughs etc….I mean I spend so much time working you might as well as enjoy it…if not my life would be pretty miserable lol ! So for the most part I avoid the drama and just try to have fun lol !

So heres hoping all this blows over quickly and life can get back to normal soon ! If I hear any news that may indicate a strike is coming though, I will let you guys know πŸ™‚

Love that hippocampus !! Its beautiful πŸ™‚ Are you allowed to order a set of eyes in 2 diff colors when you order a PYO ?

The male foo dog is awesome to, so colorful !

I think I treasure my PYOs more than my other Windstones as so much thought and work have gone into them to personalize them πŸ™‚ I cant see me ever parting with the ones painted just for me πŸ˜‰

I received my swap from Amstaff!

It’s a sushi cat who look fabulous – but she’s eating subways, so her name is Sushi Sub. She came with a neat stone, too!

With my new tablet-computer, right now, it’s complicated to upload pics taken with the camera, so I took shots with my iPad. Amstaff, if you have better pics showing the detail on the plate, please share πŸ™‚

Thank you so much, I love her!!!

So I finally found some time to upload a few close-ups like you had asked πŸ™‚ Showing her little Sushi Subs πŸ˜‰

Oh wow ! People like you confirm the fact that there truly are kind and generous people out there , thank you so much for doing this !

I would like to enter as well, if its not too late. I also couldn’t afford a grab bag uni., but would love to own one someday. Im also in Canada and the exchange rate is outrageous, plus I always get dinged with a 15% customs fee here…we have a high tax rate here in Nova Scotia for some weird reason….lol !

Anyways, even if I dont win its ok, Im just happy seeing you doing this give away, its putting a smile on my face….and lots of other faces to I assume πŸ™‚

Im so glad you like her πŸ™‚ I tried to keep with your grey-and/or-white-and/or- black theme, but I did use some extra colors for her collar and subs πŸ˜‰

I did really enjoy painting her ! I dont have any pics easily available as I recently took all my pics off my phone and saved them on my portable hard drive. I dont turn my pc or that hard drive on very often sorry. But I could access them eventually if you really needed them πŸ˜‰

Im in Nova Scotia, no where near there, but there are lots of people from here who are in Fort McMurray working. So far they have all reported in as safe….but it is so scary ….. just surreal. πŸ™
