I ignored better sense and nabbed a second dragon when the limit got lifted – and it’s here!
I’ll admit I’m not normally a fan of pink, but this dragon’s colors are really charming. Reminds me of cotton candy or that old-fashioned paper button candy, or the giant spiral lollipops with the colors swirled in, hehee.
Metallic light blue eyes, silver horns, and peachy pink claws. The whiskers and lips are pearly very light blue, matches the eyes nicely.
As my favorites have yet to surface, I’m hoping to trade this cheerful little critter. I’ll have an ad up shortly…

My little Ori arrived! He’s a cutie and reminds me of some sort of fruity tropical drink, something with Curacao in it! He’s not one of my favorites though, so I’ll be posting an ad shortly… If this fella is your favorite, let me know!

And here’s my fantasy baby! This one failed to catch my eye in the class photo, but she’s gorgeous! I’ll be open to offers but will be pretty picky about her. She has metallic light blue eyes and a teal gem that match nicely with the bands of colorshift paint on the neck/chest, shoulder, and knees. I know she has a fishscale pattern, but it also reminds me of a butterfly wing, which has scales on it too, so it works!

It’s been great seeing all the pictures so far, thanks everyone! Here’s my safari baby! A charmer, but there were several in the batch that I loved more, so he’ll be up for trade. I really like the bold striping and the little white highlights above his eyes, gives him a great expression!

My turn for pictures! I got a special poad and a bean – and was lucky to be able to pick both of them out during the first livestream. THANK YOU to Melody and Griffin for being so patient with us all and so creative in how you were locating, describing, and keeping track of everyone’s picks 😀
So detailed! I feel like I’m looking at a kaleidoscope when I stare at her for too long 🙂 The blending and subtle metallic sheen is amazing, and I love her metallic coral-colored eyes. I’m calling her Pandora!
And I had to jump at this bean. I wasn’t planning on getting one, until I saw her! She’s a perfect match for one of my PYOs…

Finally got the time to take pictures of my two beauties! I had only intended to keep one, but I actually like them both a lot – problems, right?! 😀 I struck the jackpot with this first one, it was one of my two favorites from the class photos, and is even more striking in person.
As far as I can see, this is the only one in the batch with this black banding detail. I also love the purple detailing instead of the traditional gold/silver on the claws, horns, etc.
This one is a sleeper that has really grown on me! Purple/green colorshift, but compared to my purple/green cougar the dragon practically glows. I’d have to see photos of my other favorite from this batch, the rainbow dragon with the pink/purple head and blue chest, before I’d think about trading…Thank you Melody for these beauties! I really love the transitioning colors on a lot of these patterns. How did you do that? Dipping your brush in multiple colors before painting? Seems like it would be tough to get the color transitions as consistent as you did across neighboring stripes… Secrets of a master!

Argh, sad that I missed out completely on these – I never got the email! If anybody lands the ‘oddballs’ that have black swirls with the turquoise dots along them, or the tiger stripes, and they aren’t completely in love, let me know! Perhaps we can trade…
