What a beautiful glow that ‘forest fire’ cougar has, Natasha! I like the large bird on the tail too. Stunning piece, thanks for sharing the pics.

Here’s my pretty kitty! Really nice bold colors, and a handful of critters hiding in the trees. Reminds me of dawn against the lines of brush and small trees that divide farm fields. 🙂
Three unusual things that caught my eye about this particular piece: the speckles of orangey-brown color that show up most on the chest and shoulders. Second, eyeshadow! There are hints of light pink and blue in the white around the eyes. And finally, there are little ‘toebeans’ painted on the bottom – I laughed aloud seeing them for the first time. Anybody else’s have them too?
As always, thank you Melody! These guys are gorgeous and have such a great variety in color and pattern.

Mary, congrats on that pastel giraffe. That was my favorite of the giraffe batch and it’s great to see more photos of it.
JynXx, the ‘blank’ line on the back of your tiger reminds me of driving down a road in the forest and looking straight up. It looks just like that open line in the trees.
And Shotzy, congrats on your matching piece! Have to throw in an associated compliment for your oryx GBY uni too, haha.

Well that was quick; Bengal is spoken for in trade, to someone who was very kind in waiting on my box to arrive 😀 Fast-paced GB fun!

My unis are here! First off is the safari; this is Bengal. So lovely and subtle, beautiful shading! He has brown eyes and crystal gems. Really nice detail in the mane, in particular, and the little spots on his face.
And the fantasy uni Tishano (might be Tishana, which is a heck of a good Magic card BTW!), who looks to be nudibranch inspired! Nice blend of pearly and non-pearly paints. Orange eyes, and peridot and light orange gems.
Pretty as they are, neither are my favorites, so a trade ad will be up for them both!

I caved and have one of each variety coming my way, haha. I’m hoping to be lucky enough for the wild dog from the safari batch! And I’m having a hard time choosing a single favorite from the fantasy batch. There’s the rainbow leopard, that bright yellow nudibranch, and a red mane/green feathers one that could be a sibling to another uni of mine… Even the wait is exciting 😀

This has been mentioned already in the knockoffs thread, but I figured it’s worth warning people here too: there’s a fraudulent listing up on Ebay for an Ori that I just sold. It’s got a Buy it Now price of $69, and comes from a seller in China with zero feedback. The seller copied all of my photos and description word for word.
I’m not linking to the actual listing because I hope Ebay pulls it quickly. I’ve reported it, so here’s hoping. I’m also hoping nobody sees the very low price tag and rushes to purchase without reading the details.

zeldathedragon is me on eBay, and I can confirm this listing from China is 100% fraudulent. I’ve reported it and I hope eBay boots both the listing and the seller. The real dragon was sold and is already on its way to its new home within the US.
For what it’s worth, I’ve seen this happening with other collectibles on eBay too. A listing sells for a high price, and almost immediately after the listing ends, an exact duplicate listing offered by a seller with a new account and zero feedback goes up.
Hopefully this doesn’t fool anybody – thanks to the sharp eyes looking out for everyone!
