Yep, spot on. Red jewel, brown eyes. Very pretty and pristine condition. Just won her off Ebay, like you said. She looks so gentle, couldn’t resist.

Curious about info on a black mother unicorn with white socks and nose. Definitely Windstone but I’ve only seen fancy grab bags, test paints, and all black or all white before, not this. Anyone know anything about it?

Ooo, sounds cool! Might be interested in one… some… (all? Lol!). Only problem is gotta save some money because the car gets touchups next week (beats getting rust down the road). But a girl can dream! (Or drool, haha!)

Keep in mind too that they’re still working on all the Bantams, too. Once that’s done it should free up some hands for both production and ebay pieces. Or sculpting? Lol, I’m sure Melody and the rest have a whole list of Windstone stuff they want to get rolling on after the Bantams and moreso once the virus passes. We need only be patient… and probably save up some money. 😉

Books, DVDs, games, etc – Half Peice Books. If they don’t have it near you, they can get from elsewhere and mail it to you. Got great stuff including leatherbound signed favorite author for quarter price because multiple times a year they’ve coupons that go up to 50% off (works on online ordering or mailing in from another store too!). They’ve almost everything Alibris has.

Treasures, toys, unusual fun finds, and my dragon collection (which is not just Windstone) – thrift stores, rummage sales, flea markets, Facebook marketplace. Just go a lot, walk a lot, and good stuff catches a sharp eye.

Jewelry – great stuff at rummage sales and thrift stores, typically silver tho (gold and marked metals are usually quickly noted and gold is always overpriced, but dichroic glass and Eastern European silver (not marked) are overlooked a LOT).

I often have Christmas done early because I find people cool stuff during rummage sale and flea market season.

I would say can’t hurt to call your insurance and ask. Best way to find out. Worst they’ll say is no and that it won’t override the criteria. But then you’ll know. They might accept it tho, or you can ask to speak to a nurse liason and see if they can argue the case on your behalf. More and more insurance companies are hiring medical staff (doctors, nurses, therapists) to make decisions about such things.

I’m no longer quite killing plants? I’ve a black thumb. Good weather means the plants can now go outside on my balcony, where they seem happier if I ignore them until cold weather makes me bring them back in. That’s a happy whine. 😉

Well that’s too bad about the Emerald Peacock Secret Keeper. But we can dream, and maybe a blue or green tiger would be another cool one, like the Blue Morpho colors just tiger style. They can do a tiger series, maybe, just each a different base color with cool stripes, or even non-black stripes and spots like some poisonous caterpillars and frogs have. It was pretty popular with the Kickstarter dragons after all.

Emerald peacock secret keeper. Or a slate blue tiger one. I think a gunmetal blue set of unicorns would be popular, but then anything in that color scheme might be crazy cool. But maybe wait a few months because my bank account needs to recover from the Kickstarter, lol.

That sounds as good a theory as any? I’d just not worry about this issue simply because they’re magical creatures in a world with its own rules and… well… !MAGIC! Lol.

I would imagine griffins are more bird like than mammal like. Could you imagine it trying to suckle on it’s mom with a beak like that? Ouch! But milk is a mammal classification requirement.

Congrats to Melody and her Windstone team on the great Kickstarter! $97,732 supported, with 275 backers and a ton of gorgeous dragons (5 tigers to spare for anyone worried).

I was backer #22. Got #46 (for boyfriend’s birthday) and #102 (for me, not sure if I got the original alien or a new brother of his but honestly not worried about it, will love it anyway).
