Nice! I love it! I got antlers for mine and never ended up using them. It came out great!!! LOL!

Don’t do it Drag0n lol they look neat but they are, literally, a pain. Hurts my neck to wear him for anything longer than, I’d say, a half hour. I should weigh him one of these days and see just how much he weighs.

Lol everyone has that skull head! Here’s me on a giant inflatable at the first and only furcon I went to (it was in January before all this mess hit). His name is Harvester and he’s a Wendigo (I’ve since made him new, cloven hooved feet. Still need to redo his hands). He has two sets of horns and yes, the head is heavy…

Are any Halloween activities even going on this year? I normally go to a place in the center of a town about 45 minutes away from me… but that’s just hundreds of people smashed together so I doubt that’ll be happening this year. I was going to finally make a body suit for Harvester here for Halloween, but now with all this mess? :/ Halloween is the only holiday I celebrate, so I’m a bit bummed.

My ebay displays fine, however I am using the Brave brower, not Firefox. It displays normal on my phone as well (Cheetah browser).
I wonder if Firefox installed something that might prevent scripts of some sort from loading. I have Ghostery and AdBlock Plus installed on my browser, and for some websites one, or both of these plug ins prevent pages from loading completely or at all (and this is fixed by disabling the plug ins or telling the plug ins it’s a “safe” website… but sometimes even the “safe” website doesn’t work and they must be disabled).

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it’s just Firefox?

Landipan, who is the artist that did the picture of Showers/Vaporeon? He looks awesome, also looks like he is painted in watercolor? (my favorite medium :D) Oh, and he’s my favorite of that evolution line, and he was my first level 100 in Red~

I’m a derp, I also have these. Though they’ve been in storage and just recently pulled out… Just another thing of my childhood that I have to figure out how to get rid of! I think they were made in 1997 or around there.

These were the talking figures… Squirtle actually says his Japanese name, Zenigame. And Eievui moves his head while talking (Mew might have moved his head too? I don’t remember).
Also, back when Pikachu was fat XD He’s slimmed down over the years.
I use to have so much pokemon stuff when I was a teen. Over the years things just disappear I guess!

Pokemon Center at one time had a life sized Furret/Ootachi plush. I wanted him so bad but at the time didn’t have the $150 or whatever he was to purchase him. Sad day.

It wasn’t a “heart stopping moment”, but I once watched one of my ferrets, Reinrassic, climb up onto the table and push a keeper dragon off onto the floor (I had plenty of time to stop him, I just didn’t care lol). The dragon was painted by me, so I didn’t much mind, but the wings suffered some bad damage. It was fun to watch, who knew ferrets could push something that heavy… my ferrets could get away with murder.

I’ve been away for awhile, so I didn’t know a new sculpt was in production. Looking at all these boys, I’d say the safari ones are the most interesting. My favorite natural horse coloration was not painted haha.

I like the texture? Pattern? The color shifting paint imparts. Very nice!

                    Also like that rainbow ki-rin.

Ah, I’m not big into pokemon, but it’s always been a distant like of mine. I recently sold all my pokemon games (Red up until Black/White 2), excluding my Japanese Diamond and Moon (and Emerald, his box is here but he’s mia lol).
My favorite from the original games was Hitmonchan/Ebiwalar. Yes, I got made fun of a lot for that as a child.

Wracking my brain, I do believe this is my only pokemon merchandise. I do have the original Pikachu and Hitokage/Charmander backpacks though… I was actually looking at them yesterday wondering if I could sell them.

It comes as no surprise to anyone here that my one pokemon item would be a Furret/Ootachi.

The buff pokemon are fantastic. There is a figure I’d love to get my hands on, just for the laughs of it.

I’ve been making art dolls recently, and I’ve thought about making a couple pokemon. Not sure if I ever will though.

I do have a lot of art I’ve done of pokemon though. They’re quick and easy to paint.

Hey guys. Curious if anyone would have an idea of what a couple pieces might be worth. I’m not looking to sell them, but if the price was right I would definitely part with them (still thinning my collection, after all).
Black gothic unicorn (never displayed him)
                        Rainbow lap dragon
                        Rainbow hatching emp
Peacock wizard cat (not mint. The store I bought him from knocked his hand off and glued it back on… not noticeable unless you know what you’re looking for)

                        Thanks

I’ve seen that one quite often at second hand stores. They are nice pieces, aren’t they?

I’ll no doubt end up taking them to my local media exchange if they don’t sell here. While they hold many memories, they’ve only taken up storage space these last many years… and I don’t plan on ever displaying them again. Might as well find someone that will.

It’s a shame he was detached off his base… each piece has a name as well, printed on the base. I can’t recall what that one was called, though I believe the second picture right piece is called “Strutting Along” or something like that.
They really are nice statues. I’m fond of them really. I think they were produced… 1994? 1995? ish.

They are still sold in stores. Last time I was up north, I walked into a shop and an entire wall actually had Windstones of all kinds on display. A coworker also recently sent me photos from a random shop (don’t know where) that had a decent number of them (they remembered me mentioning a type of dragon statue… they didn’t realize those were the exact statues haha).
It just seems stores are hard to come by.

Windstone has this here to search for dealers… but I’m not sure how well it’s updated.

That is awesome! What did you use to seal it Kujacker?

Sorry, I was off the forum for quite awhile there.

I use a standard spray matte fixative while working. The final coat is either a spray or brush on coat of gloss. I have a few other piece posted in my gallery that are painted with pastels as well.
You do end up coating the statue in many, many layers of fixative and pastels. Seriously. It’s a wonder there is any detail left on the statue haha. Also every time you spray the fixative a little bit of the pastels blow off with it…

A fan of the monochrome look of Winter Ash. Moonbeam was nice as well.
