This sucks. She is also worried. I hope it gets figured out soon.Beware UPS brokerage fees! They are really really bad. I will NEVER ship with them.
I have had brokerage fees come to more than the item was worth. I once got an item valued at forty five dollars then pay shipping PLUS an additional twenty some dollars brokerage fees. There is a reason broke is in the word as thats what you will be if you use them. 🙁I found white and peacock male dragons with no damage at a sale for about twenty five dollars each. I also got a flap cat for forty he had two teeny flea bites.

So sorry to hear this. Wish we could take all that water and dump it on the fires here in Canada.
