Thank you! This is what I thought might be happening. If you do not pay with your paypal account, you will not receive USPS tracking information – even though we use paypal to process credit and debit card payments and even though I use paypal to generate the post office shipping labels.

“Signing up for Follow my delivery from USPS will add packages to you no matter how you pay because it goes off your address. UPS also has an app that will add packages and notify you. There is an app called Route that will let you add email addresses, PayPal addresses and even Amazon so you can track all your packages regardless of payment method and carrier.”“Now that Halloween is done – time to start writing those Christmas cards!”
(This is me, talking to myself, I probably won’t do it and will have to send happy new years cards…)Its now October 26, 2023 and I am very confused! There is a 2023 calendar contest but I’m not sure if Melody posted about it somewhere else or not. I’m also not sure if the information here applies to the new contest as well as the last one. 🙂 -Susie
If the peacock Mini-Keeper was part of a Grab Bag it would have something written on the felt bottom. The year engraved into each sculpture is the copyright date – the year Melody finished the sculpture. Sometimes is more than a year after that that we actually reproduce a sculpture. I’m pretty sure the mini-keeper was one that took its time before we began to sell them.
No Mary, there was no trick, the Google form was not on our website. The two were not connected. Turns out those forms are tricky to set up! Lots can go wrong in the set up that you don’t realize until folks are filling out the form…. or perhaps our fans “broke Google” !

This waitlist reached its 100 maximum names quickly and closed. Now, October 2, 2023, we have hidden the PYO Capybara from view while we begin to offer the first 37 that are ready to those on the list.
We are going to send out an email announcement/newsletter with a link to sign up via email to a “waitlist” for the Paint Your Own Capybara. I’m not sure if that’s going out later today (Sept 29, 2023) or exactly when – but it will be coming up after we send out the email about Melody’s September Raffle prize. Watch your email for those announcements! This will be a test run of a new way to announce a product that might crash our website if its done in one of our usual ways. There will be no need to haunt the website – but do visit it and read stuff!
I’m so happy the website didn’t crash! But my COMPUTER DID! LOL! First time I ever saw one of the new style Blue Screens with the 🙁 on it. It was terrifying! But it seems to be o.k. now.
I’d like to add that I’ve had people ask about the upcoming Grab Bag. We do not have a waiting list for it yet and there is no way I can keep track of people who want to be on that waiting list and are concerned that they may not be able to get onto it (traveling, internet problems, etc). When the Grab Bag is ready to be ready we will be sending an email announcement with instructions for joining the waiting list for the Grab Bag. It will work differently from our usual website based waiting list because the last time we had so much trouble with the site crashing while people tried to join the list. Melody is still painting those little cuties and its not happening just yet! Be sure you are subscribed to the newsletter (that purple subscribe button on our home page – if you aren’t sure – press it and answer the questions and if you are already on it, it will tell you – if you aren’t, it will add you).
