I think that a color name needs to be instantly obvious as a color. “Ariel” is not a color. If I say “this is Ariel colored” nobody who hasn’t read this thread would know what the heck I was talking about.

Honestly, if you’re at all a steady hand with a brush, you don’t need masking fluid. I hate the stuff, having battled with it mightily and lost on my very first PYO.

Now I just paint around the eyes, and if I get any paint on them, it comes off very easily when scraped with a fingernail or a toothpick.

I haven’t had time to do anything much with busted Windstones recently. The male pegasus is getting glued right now, but I’m so busy with other things, I really haven’t got the time to be fixing Windstones lately.

Hmmm. I have a busted male pegasus who’s going to be getting a repaint. If I could get a broken female, I could have a matched pair!

(So I suppose I’m interested in the female, though like Ski, I’m a little broke.)
