I received mine in December. Thank you so much for the beautiful card!
As far as the sculpt goes, I like the rising spectral much better than the sitting one. I like the personality and pose of the rising spectral much more. The front legs and concave chest of the sitting spectral bothers me when I look at it head-on.
That said, my favorite spectral is my Winter Storm sitting spectral painted by PS. She had a way of decorating the wings with abstract and beautiful patterns that made me appreciate the sculpt a lot more. Here’s a not so great picture.

September 19, 2018 at 9:15 pm in reply to: Show off your Kickstarter Poads! (WARNING: Picture heavy!) #1542952I got mine yesterday and took a few pictures today!  I love them all, but I’m particularly enamored with my special adult poad.  The detail is amazing!
Here are the two naturals I got.  I like them, but I’m also open to trade offers.
I was able to get one of these guys after they sold out in the store thanks to Susie.  This guy goes from coppery orange to some red on the frill to gold on the wings and back.  I like him quite a bit and wouldn’t mind keeping him but would be willing to trade him for a blue/teal one.
There are a few legitimate old greens with blue eyes, but they are extremely rare. Â However fakes of this color with blue eyes are extremely common. Â You can tell the fakes by the green felt on the bottom, the bulging blue eyes (which are actually plastic), and the light purple gems. Â If you look closely at the pictures, you will often notice that there are bubbles in the plaster, certain parts are mishapen, and the paint jobs are not as good.
I’m pretty familiar with these fakes (I own one), and the one on ebay is definitely a fake.
I received mine as well!  It’s adorable!  Thank you so much!

Interesting stone.  Could it be ocean jasper?  The orbicular patterns aren’t very strong, but I’ve seen wuite a few of them in pink.

This is my first time posting pictures to the forum without Photobucket, so let’s see how it goes…
Yeah, I’ll be honest, I’m not sure what to do about the ads as well. I can edit them, but that doesn’t seem to help them get approval. One got approved somehow, but the others say they are inactive (only me and an admin can see them), and I don’t know how to activate them.
I’m really liking the new format so far! I’m just curious if I can change my name back to my forum name without messing with my billing information. Leaving my name as Jennifer is bound to confuse some people since there’s a lot of people named Jennifer including a forum moderator.
Happy Birthday!!!
February 18, 2016 at 3:25 am in reply to: color shift GB baby kirin show off thread – 02/10/2016 #942198Here are a few pictures I took of mine. The true colors are extremely hard to capture. The head, back ruff, and tail are a brownish color shift that turns from golden brown to purple. The majority of the body is a blue/purple color shift. The small gold details actually shift from gold to lime green. Plus he had a bunch of subtle details in the scales (green center and blue/purple edge).
