The coiled mother dragons have got my attention! I don’t buy many grab bags but would love to go for one of those if I can manage it money-wise.

I got a kick out of reading that song to the tune Jingle Bells! Hilarious.

Thanks!
And that Mini Keeper is gorgeous, any chance we could get a closer picture?
I have photos that I took for the GB pic thread when they came out:

My elven male dragon arrived last week! Finally got some photos today. I don’t add to my collection very often so it’s always super exciting for me! 😀
Part of the family:
And my only 2 non-dragon Windstones:

^Love that sculpt, and always love the rainbow color!
Gah, I’m so tempted to get one of those elven male dragons that just got released! I’ve been waiting for elven- I love it. Every Windstone purchase is kind of a big deal for me since I don’t add to my collection very frequently. I’d kinda like to hold out for lap dragons to come out in elven (I think those would be wonderful), or even a sculpt I don’t have yet, but I don’t know if I can count on that happening?
I definitely need a dragon in elven, so…I feel like I should pounce. Lol

I was just ogling that photo of the elven dragons on Facebook and popped in here for the first time in a while to see if there was any news about them! I’d love to get my hands on an elven dragon but can’t usually afford special and limited pieces.
*chants* Production! Production! Production!Place looks quite different, by the way! Lol
Edit: whoa, I no longer have my screen name or avatar? O_O

Several of mine have names. I remember listing these when I posted pictures, so they may seem familiar to some of you. They’re all named after something-
Emerald mother (my very first): Falkor
White emperor: Saruman
Silver old warrior: Gandalf
Ruby lap: Lucy
Rainbow male: Jareth
Green hatcher: Reptar
Black gold scratcher: SmaugUnnamed:
Peacock young (actually that one had a name but I’ve forgotten it)
Glacier curled
Opoponax curled
Blue morpho fledge
GB mini keeper
Violet flame baby
Hatching protoceratops
PYO unicornFor a while I’ve been debating naming the rest of those, or just discontinuing with the naming… I’m kinda lazy about it now.
Edit: Oh! I remembered the peacock young dragon’s name! It’s Vincent, lol. I knew I’d remember it after I posted.

Congrats! And about the lotto tickets, yeah, maybe you should! Winning a raffle your first year here! :O
I remember when the set of camo dragons came out and I wanted one so badly! I tried for the lap on e-bay.

Wow, that’s the best prize I’ve seen in a while! I love the old warrior sculpt, and this one is beautiful. Since I’m not counting on winning, I hope this color ends up becoming production!

I, too, have quite a few books. Movies too, although most of those are kind of older now. I haven’t been buying many the past several years.
Aside from dragons I also have some dinosaurs, car models, Batman stuff, video games and video game stuff, military items, and a line of Star Trek ships which are actually my husband’s. And lots of posters. We’ve got our wall space pretty much covered with posters- Batman, fantasy, sci fi etc.
I’m another person that has a lot of boxes, too, but I’ve been intending to get rid of a bunch of them. I’ll keep the few Windstone boxes I have, but I can’t keep all the others. It’s getting too ridiculous. I keep pretty much all boxes when I order things online etc. and now they take up all my closet space and “office” room space (now called a storage room). I keep them in case I need them for gift giving. But I’ve decided I’d rather deal with looking for boxes at Christmas time than deal with the clutter all year round. Now to deal with getting rid of ’em! I need to get around to it.Formerly had the Batman & Joker avatar!
I have an interest in cars. I think I kind of always did, and then in my mid teens I started wanting to learn. My high school didn’t have auto shop so I got a couple of books about how cars work, subscribed to a few car magazines, and watched stuff on the Speed Channel. Then when I did 2 years of community college, I spent most of that time doing certain required classes but during my last semester I was able to take welding and and intro auto tech class. Honestly, I learned more from the books than from that class, lol.
My husband and I actually met in a car chatroom on yahoo! Over the years I’ve done a number of car projects with him, including rebuilding the engine in my Bronco and converting it to fuel injection. I’ve been converting it into an army themed Bronco, so far just the interior, but after I replace the rusted parts and get the outside painted I want my next project to be a Mercury Cougar around 1967 or so. I’d like an old Charger even more but a Cougar should be a little more attainable. I should also be able to use a lot of Mustang parts for it if I need to, since Mustangs are pretty plentiful. I wouldn’t mind having a 60s Mustang either, particularly a fastback, and if I came across a good deal might take it but I don’t think a Mustang is what I’ll be actively looking for.
I love old muscle cars (particularly Dodge & Ford), classic cars in general, and Ford trucks. 🙂 My husband is a Chevy guy. He has a Camaro, a Firebird and he built a diesel Camaro-Firebird “crossbreed.” I don’t think I’ll ever compare to him in car know-how but that’s okay. At least I’ve been learning and I work on stuff with him when I can, and we go to car shows quite a bit (not the indoor displays of new cars, but the outdoor kind where car folk bring their classic babies that they’ve restored).
I also love Dodge Vipers. If I were to choose a new car from recent years it’d be a Challenger.
I have a fondness for some non-redneckish cars too, lol- I particularly like Porsches (my husband gives me some flak for that). Of course Ferraris and Lamborghinis and the like are good too.

Congrats! I’m a dragon person, but I wouldn’t mind having that griffin either. Enjoy him!

Beautiful cougars, everyone! Thanks for sharing pics so we who are cougarless can drool.

Maybe it is a Raya sculpt? I don’t know anything about it. My grandparents had two alligator sculpts, the other being a little bigger than this one, and when they had both passed away and my family was going through their house, my cousin and I loved the alligators so we each took one. I’ve had it for a lot of years!

I do have some other dragons, most of which are on the table pictured below.
You can kind of see that Batman is standing on top of the lava lamp to the left, looking over everything. On top of the other lamp (my husband’s alien lamp) is a beanie dragon. And as for the picture in the center and the little jar in front of it, that’s a picture of myself and a couple other people cosplaying characters from the Silent Hill video game series at a convention. The jar is a Health Drink which I made from said video game (in case you were wondering, lol).
My mother-in-law got me the dragon playing keyboard for Christmas one year, because she knew I like dragons and I play piano, so… lol.
And this is a painting my cousin made for me for one of my birthdays as a teenager. It’s framed on my living room wall. It looks a little funky from the flash. I have a dragon poster in there as well, over my Windstone shelf, but didn’t take a photo of that.
I didn’t want to dig out my dragon necklaces for photos, but I have a few. I haven’t bothered with wearing jewelry in a long time, though.
It seems like I had my camera set to take somewhat smaller pictures than I intended. Hopefully you can see them ok.
