Wow! Congrats both to the sculptor and the painter! I thought it was real before I started reading!

I’d love to see a Pegasus sitting (like the young uni) with folded (or partly folded?) wings.

Though I have no idea how hard that would be! lol

I really like yours PraireVixen and Benathorn! I’m more into solid colors myself and these just have lovely shading and accents!

I remember you mentioning on your FB page that you would be offering the pebble pony in black and in ivory… Do you have any idea when this might be happening?

Forum is a bit wonky to me too right now, but wonky is better than super slow! 😉

                  Lovely Paint BTW!

About the Emperors, both are great finds and both are retired colors. However, you should know that the ruby color (if it is indeed ruby and not red fire), was retired because it was discovered to be unstable. Meaning it may fade in direct sunlight and may rub off if you try to clean it.

I’ve had several ruby pieces that I’ve cleaned with a damp cloth with no problem, but other collectors have not been so lucky.

Couldn’t afford one of these, but I’m looking forward to the pics! 😀

Ah well… There’s just no way I can afford a pony at this time 🙁

I’ll just have to wait for a regular run. Melody mentioned on her FB page that she would probably do black and ivory.

                            Mes condoléances Sarah.

Peter Stone also has a line called Stone Ponies.

But I don’t see why Melody’s creations couldn’t still be called pebbles (ponies or horses) since this is a generic term, it couldn’t be copyrighted could it?

Okay, since it’s likely I won’t be able to afford the GB, I vote for jet black with brown eyes as the first regular production color!
