I love love love love love mine! Thank you Tara! Not sure of the forum name, as she signed her felt pad with her real name, as I had. 🙂 Here are some pictures. She really is too gorgeous for words and fit my prompt exactly (dark forest).
Thank you so much everyone (especially Tara). This is my first PYO swap, and I’m super glad I took part of it.
I’ll be shipping mine out on Monday. 🙂
Congratulations!
I hope nothing else ends up being missing, and that you get a chance to move soon. 🙁
Congratulations!
Entered, I am so excited!
Just signed up. First time with PYO, I’m so excited!

I hope it all goes well!
Thank you all. Nope, no Windstones yet. I’m hoping to get him one in time for his birthday, which is January, so I’ll keep looking around.
He basically collects all sorts of Dragon statues, usually a lot of metal ones. He has a Michael Whelan Dragonfire, Franklin Mint Eye of the Golden Dragon Watch & Display, and The Queen of The Dragons by Carl Reid, that I’ve been able to identify.
August 19, 2013 at 4:01 pm in reply to: Behind the Screen- Real Photos of Windstone Collectors! #901598The first picture was taken at a Wine and Cheese Gala a friend was hosting.
The second picture was taken at this year’s Pennsic. I made the dress, and I won a prize for it.
I loved looking through all these pictures, by the way!
In no particular order:
J.R.R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, George R.R. Martin, Garth Nix, Philip Pullman, Brian Jacques, Stephen King, C.S. Lewis, Brian Lumley, and a new favorite, Kevin Hearne.
Nix, Pullman, Rowling and Jacques hold a special place as the ones read and reread during my teen years.
I love nearly all chocolate, but my favorite may be Ghirardelli.
It used to be scrambled, then hard boiled. When I started dating my husband, he made me scrambled egg and toast sandwiches I love, but now I love his omelettes more.
I also do love Scotch Eggs though. We were introduced to them through a eating contest at a Renaissance Faire (that he almost beat). His favorite way to eat egg, which I can’t stand, is to scramble them in a bowl or cup and microwave them.
