The class photos of the poads turned out well!
Nice set-up. I should try and get my Poads displayed in a similar way some time. I usually like to display mine backwards though, which I guess is funny to turn the back turned towards you, but I figure you can see the patterns much clearer from the back view XD
And that Koi is gorgeous when I saw it on Ebay, I was really tempted but I already have a Koi as well 😉Oh no, my new weakness… pebble horses, and like Landipan said the colour is so pretty… *buys*
Now I really mustn’t spend anymore :p *looks for things to sell*I just collect whatever appeals to me, which is normally the smaller sculpts because I prefer them and I’m limited for space too.
I’m usually interested in:
Natural or safari coloured unicorns/horses
Natural-ish coloured adult Poads
Koi KirinsI also have a few pebbles and misc pieces.
My sister bought me one from the store for my Birthday, and boy was it a good one! 🙂

I agree with this. Unless it was a piece that was from a some years back that newer members are now interested in, I think in most cases you’re looking to resell for the same price or loss. The item was won in the first place because you were prepared to pay the most for it. There are possibilities of buyers who were short on cash at the time, regretted not bidding more etc too though.
As for the influences on the lower Ebay prices these years. Currency conversion is a big one for me, and those from Canada too I assume. When I first joined the conversions were quite close enough, now it’s just so much more expensive for me, that and the fact I’m more picky now with a mature collection means I haven’t really been looking at Ebay pieces at all.
Another thing is Ebay pieces are usually of the bigger kind, dragons and such. I prefer the smaller mammal sculpts, which happen to be prime Grab Bag subjects.

The roan was from a trade, so she has already been seen in this topic before, the dapple grey was from the store, and just what I wanted!

Love many of these. Not sure I can afford to get one but tempting.
I admit I’ve been really busy and have only tried now and then, but this is the first time I’ve actually been able to log back into the new site. The ‘Forgot Password’ page wasn’t working at all and continually lead me into a loop without being able to update the password. It was working today but I wonder if anyone else was having that issue.
Sorry about the wait, all, aside from my camera being new, my laptop is relatively new as well, so I am still figuring stuff out.
Here is Cymoril, my GB Young Unicorn! She is color shift, from a deep red to greenish gold, and some red-orange in-between. She has amethyst or tanzanite gemstones, to match the lavender spots on her body, and I think her eyes are persimmon? They look sort of brick red indoors under low light, and a more orangish color in natural sunlight. I have no plans to trade her at this time. 🙂
