As a seller, I feel that if you are selling something once it is paid for it should ship within 2 business days unless something was said about a longer shipping time in the original listing/ad.
To me, once someone has paid for it, it is no longer mine and so it should be shipped to them ASAP, the only exception for me personally not to ship within 2 days would be if I were actually hospitalized.
As soon as I take any photos for a listing I box the item up immediately so that all I need to do is add a shipping label once it is paid for and get it to the post office.
I understand living far from town. I lived 70 miles from the nearest town (post office), 7 miles from my nearest neighbor and 14 miles from anything most people would consider a road for several years. And I still managed to ship items when I said I would.
As a buyer, communication is key. If you cant ship within the expected date, I am ok with that as long as I am notified of the delay. Just let me know and I am willing to be patient. If the seller can’t do that or has no communication then I will start getting annoyed within a week and by the end of week two I would be contacting them to let them know that I will cancel the sale.

The way I see it, if you can’t ship the item within two days, don’t put it up for sale. Before you make an ad, that item should be ready to box and ship as soon as payment is received.

So I have to brag a little because you guys are the only lovely folks who will understand.
My Sir Garlen does not have any silver. When I contacted Melody and Susie we did some investigating and it turns out I received the Sir Garlen that they used for show and fittings. He never received any silver and is in his pre-injury form!

I thought mine didn’t have the silver either. I have to hold him at just the right angle to tell. It is almost as dark as the black. It also doesn’t come up to the top of the hip like etruscan’s. I haz a disappoint.
Ah, no disappoint. Mine is subtle, too. I almost missed it then caught the light. I like that mine is healing.

I think that the listing is ignorance rather than malice (someone looking for an item that is similar to the Windstone that they have). People often message the seller to give correct information. Sometimes the seller listens and sometimes he or she doesn’t. Reporting the listing to ebay is another option.
Version 1 Hatcher is still up, I think.
