Hello everyone,
Well!! we’re finally doing it! After being together for almost 15 years, we’re finally getting married 🙂 I wanted to post a quick message to anyone in the buying market. I am selling about half of my collection. Some things are easier to let go of than others. If anything interests you, don’t hesitate to make me an offer. I am pretty motivated. I want nothing but a good time for my family, and in this case, it’s going to cost money. I am open to offers, but please keep in mind that my prices include shipping. Anyone who’s been around the classifieds knows that gypsum isn’t cheap to ship. From Canada, I’m looking at min. $18 to ship small items, without additional insurance. Larger items (like an Oriental) will cost me almost $50 to ship to the US. Everything will be double boxed (is there any other way?) Large items, $35 in Canada. Most items are going to cost around $24 to the USA (baby unis, sitting fox, baby dragons, wolves) just to give you an idea. Canada Post fees have also gone up in the last year. Anyway, if you’re looking for something you know I have, that I haven’t listed, it’s ok to ask me about it 🙂

Aw, congrats! I had been with my husband for almost a couple of decades before we got married and let me tell you – we had an AMAZING time! It was such a fun, celebratory moment, and I know you’ll be absolutely thrilled on your big day. I kinda thought it wouldn’t feel any different since we were basically married in everything but name at that point, but it was so fun and joyous. I am so happy for you!

The only advice I have is to do everything you can ahead of time and then just go with whatever happens. Something always goes wrong – I stepped on the hem of my dress and fell over when we were trying to do the garter toss – but just accept that there will be glitches and enjoy the day.Congratulations!!
