Thank you both! I’ll look into the unicorn horn, but if it looks like it’s going to make things worse I may just leave it.
It’s just a little disappointing! It happened because the person who shipped it left a whole lot of empty space in the box. I’m lucky it wasn’t worse though.
I have a GB Color Shift Armadillo I’m not really committed to selling yet, but I was wondering about its worth since I have a baby on the way and finances are tight..!
I had always wanted one of the old ones, so I was pleased when I ended up with a less “fantasy” colored one.
He goes from reddish-brown to brownish-gold.
If I remember correctly it was a very small batch. Something like only 17?

(Note: Not my photos, but can take more to prove I own it if needed)I’ve been Googling and searching the forum to no avail so I appreciate any help!
Congrats! He’s beautiful! 🙂
Congrats! I like the pattina colour scheme too – the colours are so much more vibrant in person!

I see those cracks on a few of my pieces too, I do believe it’s very light crazing and is present in the clearcoat of the pieces. I haven’t done anything to try and remedy it because I’m too worried I would mess it up 😀
Thank you! And that is a relief – I don’t think you can see it unless it’s under the flash, and even then very close up, so I don’t imagine it’ll matter in the long run. I was mostly wondering if it was something to be concerned about!

I did, thank you! He’s almost done now, I was really putting off the gold on his horns (not the highlights – the transparent gold coat on top of green). I just have to remember to upload photos next time I’m on my phone.
Will the orientals be done in this colour scheme as well?
Just wondering since I know the orientals had some sculpting add horn issues.
I have been on pins and needles keeping an eye out 🙂
Congrats! I’m excited to see what it is too!
May 25, 2016 at 4:34 am in reply to: Another breakage brought to you by: Ebay International Shipping Program (orange-eyed Emerald dragon) #945777Oh, a question also – The more photos I take of him, the more I start to notice tiny “scratch” marks (mostly on his back spikes, nearest to his wings, you can see them in the photo). Most of them are not visible to my eye without being under the camera’s flash.
Any idea what this is? Light crazing? General scuffing?
Additionally, any possibility I could buff it out, or is it not worth it considering they are generally hard to see?
April 21, 2016 at 2:20 am in reply to: Tanzanite colored Curled Dragon and Fledgling Dragons now available! 4/20/16 #944368Wow, Tanzanite is one of my favourite stones! Very pretty! I will have to grab a fledgling at some point but am waiting on the young unis too so hope these stay in stock for a little while. Are you going to do Tanzanite baby dragons soon too? Also I am still hoping to see copper patina baby dragons soon!
Yep,we’ll do all dragons.
Glad to hear it! 🙂 I miss the Amethyst line so I’m excited to see a new purple family!
I think PYO, simply because of all the little feathered details that might be polished away to make a pebble!
I’m excited – Possibly because it reminds me of my favourite gen, G/S.
I would adore it if there were more of a focus on daytime and night time activities! And daytime/nighttime ‘mons, of course.
As for version, I generally choose whichever gen has the exclusives I like better.
Congrats! He’s very handsome.
Isn’t the hoarder dragon the one that they had a batch of them painted but still have not released them to us yet? I think there was a photo sometime last year on Facebook.
Facebook photos show a lot of hoarder dragons painted in a variety of colors – one or two per color so they may be test paints. No sign, however, that the dragon is actually coming into the store.
Are these the Hoarder Dragons??

It looks like they’re the Hoarders, but that photo is over two years old. If they were going to be released I can’t imagine why they’re still in limbo.
These are the photos under discussion. They were taken in January 2014:
Ahhh! I got really excited for a moment. Why was it these little guys were halted?
