I’m so sorry for the loss of your sister. Thank you for sharing her beautiful collection with us, and I’m glad that her collection has become a comfort for you.
She had a lovely mix of colors and several of my favorite sculpts! I hope you can find some inspiration on the forums for display; I know there have been some threads about how people like to display their collections, and some about shelving, which might be helpful.

The left side is the good news, with minimal missing surface.
The right side is worse off, with a couple of larger chunks out of the surface next to the line of the break.
It’s hard to tell in that photo, but one of those white areas near the head is actually the ‘missing’ piece, bent outward from its placement but still attached by the paint:

I’m as shocked as you are about the horns. 🙂 This isn’t my first Broken Lap Rodeo, just the most severe, so I’m aware of the tendency for Lap horns to *spoink* right out of the head at the smallest excuse. (When I mentioned that I’ve repaired this dragon, that was the problem – when I bought him, he had damage to one side of his head, and the horn was out. I’m very surprised that my repairs held up through this disaster.)

The more Moonstone pieces I see, the more I want to see some in the Store! I think I fall more in love with them every time one goes up on Ebay. <3

Love the ginkgo leaves! They’re one of my favorite trees (as long as I don’t have to walk underneath them…) and they always turn such a fantastic green-gold in the fall. <3

Melody (& Gina), I’d like to give a loud SQUEAK for a production version of Moonstone on both dragon families! The more test pieces I see, the more I love this color, and wish I could own some. It’s lovely!

Ooooh, the baby Qilin is tiny! I thought he was about the size of the Young Ori, but I see now he’s much closer to the size of the Baby Kirin. So cute! Hopefully this means a grownup Qilin of some kind is planned for the future, too… 🙂
(He definitely looks grumpy about having to pose with the distant cousins.) 😀
