Hello and welcome! The Violet Flame Mini is an excellent choice of first dragon. Which Netflix movie had a Kirin in it, I wonder? o: I have to second the Sloat sentiment. I’m a fan of all things with adorable snoots; anteaters and tapirs and little shrews. <3 I enjoyed reading The Veligent posted here as well. There are already a few pages of Rue Day on Melody’s DA:

Thank you, everyone! The forum IS awesome and I’ve been really enjoying myself.
@Angelika I can’t say for sure but if so it will definitely be some time from now. It will probably depend on how many shifts are painting vs casting. I love both departments. Painting has always been one of my (too many Dx) hobbies, but using an airbrush is a totally different beast! All at once it’s like you have more and less control than ever before LOL. I’m gonna have to really learn how to become proficient with my tools. Watching Gina work is like magic. You know it’s actually the result of loads of practice and dedication and to call it magic would be a disservice to all the blood, sweat, and tears put in. Yet you watch it happen and can’t help but think, “SORCERY! This is SORCERY!” That being said – even if it’s only PYOs in my future – I’m a huge nerd with so many dragon and animal OCs that I can’t wait to transfer their palettes and designs onto Windstones. x)
Oops, I just changed my username and can’t edit my original post but I don’t mean to be confuse anyone, lol. To clarify: My name is Jasmine or Jaz for short and MUTT is my usual forum handle around the wide web. x) just figured I’d use my actual name since it’s available for once, woot!
I only started this month but it’s been such an awesome experience. You could say I got involved by sheer fortunate happenstance. I heard word they needed a position filled, am lucky enough to be fairly local, find myself TOTALLY enamored by all things Windstone and knew I couldn’t pass on the awesome opportunity so I put my best foot forward. Somehow, here I am! I do have background in some artisany trades and that helps. I feel very at home working with the pieces. All in all, I’m feeling very grateful to say the least!
I certainly hope to be sharing some PYOs in the future. I love the oriental dragons and foo family. Then there’s the scratching dragons, all the kirins, every canine, the stunning gargoyle unicorn, poads with their little butt dimples. They’re all my favorites. It’s basically impossible to choose!
I hope it’s ok to revive old threads! Lots of great recommendations on here (as well as some old favorites). I’ve been meaning to start the Pern series for AGES now. As for me, I’m basically always reading so it can be overwhelming to try to organize a big list of top books but luckily I have an all-time favorite series that just can’t be beat, and that’s His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman !!
I was playing during beta aka the “Field Test” and having the time of my life! I put in so many hours of walking, catching, and bug reporting. Had a nice little team with my champion Jolteon. Everyone was named and I grew so attached that when beta abruptly ended and my data was wiped, it took me a bit to get back into the swing of playing. I couldn’t reuse my old UN and the convenient PokeStop near my house turned into a gym. Boooo (I’m team Instinct, which may be obvious by now LOL)!
I played a little here and there during the initial hype but the massive crowds intimidated me slightly, haha! Everyone I’ve run into playing has been really nice but it was such a change from the solitude of beta. This month my partner got a new phone that can run it and I’ve been playing much more as a result. There’s a cute 24/7 restaraunt here that’s an almost always lured PokeStop and one town over sports a downtown that’s really hopping. We have tentative plans to go on a Poke-date with some friends for food, drink, and catching ‘mons by the riverside. I think when Sun and Moon come out next month, the stops and gyms will be teeming with 3DS trainers looking for streetpass interactions! That’ll be a load of fun if so.
This is just my kind of niche documentary for a blustery Monday morning off. ^^ Bookmarked!
This is something I’d truly love to collect! I have a couple porcelain beauties but no pewter currently. From my little bit of poking around in the past I’d say that’s certainly a fair price, albeit a niche item. He may not sell right away but when the right person comes looking, I’m sure he’ll be snatched up! So cool. Do you have any others? ^^
WOW. Just saw your uni after placing that last comment. Possibly one of my favorite PYOs! Don’t stop !!
Stunning! I adore the silver morph. One of mother nature’s finest paint jobs and you emulated it perfectly.
These are wonderful! The owl is my favorite. ^^ I love the juxtaposition of the pure white feathers and the grungy background.
