Hey thanks guys, its nice to feel wanted, like part of the community or something. Tinks and I were actually looking at a trade for some of my windstones but its still up in the air.
Mostly my fault, I’m an Army Reservist and I’ve been on active duty orders and away from my computer so dropped the ball on communicating. Hope you can forgive me Tinks. I really should have messaged sooner to find out what was up, and that’s my fault.
I can’t say no to orders though, its money in the bank that I desperately need since I don’t have a regular full time job.
Ummm, sorry if this is a dumb suggestion, but have you thought of commissioning one of the PYO in a red pattern? I mean as a back up plan if no one is selling a male.
Oh it wasn’t you… I was just defending myself against the comment Lupus made. I know you already twindragonsmum, you were here the last two times I came and lurked on the forums regularly. Wolven was around too at that time.
I am always seeking an Emerald Male (Orange-eyed only). The amount I am willing to pay varies with my income and local disasters. Also have a number of windstones available for trade.
The following windstones when I finally get some money:
Crouching brown griffin chick
Mother unicorn
Male pegasusexactly. I don’t want a red eyed emerald male. I only want an orange one, its the last one for the set. First windstone dragon I ever bought was the mother emerald with orange eyes. She has been all alone for the past… at least 14 years.
Its just very frustrating, I’m tempted to give up collecting windstones at all because this is like the 4th time I’ve tried to get ahold of a male and it fell through
And once again, Wolfen, I’m not blaming you, its just general frustration with the universe at large.
I doubt there are any for sale. I try to keep watch but I just don’t have the time to check the forums everyday. I guess this is a sign from God that I shouldn’t be trying to buy a Windstone while unemployed.
And I wasn’t attaching Wolfen, she didn’t know anyone else was interested in the lot. I probably would have done the same thing in her shoes. If anything my post was just expressing my frustration that the windstone I’ve been looking for for over a decade got snatched up for $50 less than I was offering because I didn’t have the $800-900 to buy the whole lot.

You make me want to cry. I private messaged this seller and she was going to split the lot, until she actually got interest in the whole thing… and the only piece I wanted was the emerald male and you ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE FOR IT!

Nooooo I saw this post too late…. I have a copper curl I want to get rid of, for a large selection of other curls, and I’m willing to add some coin (plus the copper curl) if its a green, brown, white, silver or VF.
Oohhhhh, now I have to start looking for him too. Orange eyed emerald is my favorite color scheme. I love emerald, but the red eyes makes em look evil. Its strange, because the red eyes works fine with the gold color scheme 😕
Uh oh another Orange Eyed Emerald afficinado… At this point I have momma, the hatcher, and the young and I’ve been stalking ebay for the daddy. There was a moma up and ending just today, I had it on my watch list just so I could see what it sold for ($51!!!). Do you know if they ever did the emperor in orange eyed emerald?

Not to be obnoxious about the whole wind wizard thing, but I thought the exclusivity was only in emerald and peacock, in other words, that she simply can’t paint any wind wizards in those colors because they were all numbered. (1000 Emerald, 1500 peacock) I don’t see why Melody couldn’t make a new limited edition of wind wizards in other colors? :shrug:
