Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!But, Never say never. Toasted Pearl is a color I wanted to do as a limited production , but then we started doing so many other colors people seemed to like better, so I put the idea aside.

I was under the impression that Toasted Pearl was a color that wasn’t a great choice for LP (like Sand, being tough to paint) – is this a possibility for actual LP coloring?? Cause man, I would LOVE some Toasted Pearl dragons! I refuse to give up my Curly despite really not loving the sculpture – simply because the color scheme is so awesome!
If it’s a possibility, I would totally rally the troops for some squeakage on the Toasted Pearl front!

I painted a Bugger last week and although the eyes that he is sporting in these pictures aren’t going to be his final eyes (GET IT? FINAL EYES? hurrr I kill me.), I figured I would post the pics that I have of him, and get some nicer outdoor pics later when i get his awesome Sand Shark eyes from Tohickon (hopefully later this week!).
This guy is a challenge to paint! He’s tiny tiny tiny, and it’s not the areas that are a little difficult to reach that got me, but trying to add detail to his tiny scales! You can’t see it too well in these pics, but he has 3 different shades of green on him, as well as brown and gold interference, and gold paint to finish him off. He’s super cute and it was a ton of fun to paint him! I will have 3 more coming in the next few weeks 🙂
The last image shows bugger next to a Windstone Baby Unicorn, for size reference, and also the awesome COA that comes with all of the Buggers, who have been signed and numbered by Robin 😀

Yes, artists are allowed to sculpt dragons laying down, but this one is pretty obvious that they were staring directly at a Windstone Mother dragon while sculpting (even the tail has just the same shape!), and I think this does fall under trade dress or copyright infringement.
