I’m so glad that you guys are enjoying it – that makes all the work worth it 🙂
I have added a Colts section, but it could certainly use more images! Thanks again to everyone who has submitted images so far 😀

I’m fairly sure that many of the babies you have listed for June 2011 are actually from the earliest “goof up” batch. Also, some of the babies listed for August of 2011 should go in June of that year. I know one of my babies is shown (the one dubbed “fox”) and he is from June. Didn’t all of the babies in the August 2011 batch have the dusting of magic invisible paint or else were painted in metallic paint? I have several from that group and they are all “mild fantasy” natural.
Whenever the weather and my job cooperate I will have a big photo shoot and send you pics of all my unis as I only see a few here. 🙂
Thanks Pony-up!
Yeah, the problem with the earliest batches is that its SO hard to tell the difference between them! With some of the natural ones you can tell because Melody started using stencils so lots of them have much cleaner lines, but she still did some without stencils in those batches too, so it’s difficult to tell which belongs where!
Do you know of any of them specifically other than “fox” that should be moved? Barring people confirming because they own the piece, what do you guys think would be a good solution? Should I have a gallery at the bottom that is basically every “early” grab bag? Does someone want to do a little research and see if they can confirm certain unis for certain batches by looking at past threads or class pics?
EDIT: Kim and Pony-Up, I have made the changes you mentioned 🙂

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past! Also in the lost batch, the palomino in the top row in the middle and the brown paint in the bottom row on the left both belong in the April 2013 batch. I am not sure about the rest but I would think some of the other naturals are also from that batch.
OK, so while I was moving the rest of them around I lost my place on them! XD
The way the galleries now work, it’s really difficult to tell what unicorn you mean when there are a few similar ones around it, because the positioning may look a little different to everyone depending on how you are viewing them. The most accurate way to tell me what unicorn you mean is actually going to be if you click or tap on the unicorn that you’re talking about, it will show you the “larger” image of the unicorn. In the lower left corner you can see the file name, which is usually just a random name that I gave the unicorn when I was saving the file. If you can tell me that name, I can find the unicorns much easier!I also moved the rest of them except the ones mentioned in that last paragraph accordingly so let me know if I messed anything up and I’ll keep on it 🙂
Thanks again for the help everyone! I am continuing to work on these today 🙂
EDIT:
Phew! OK! I have updated the Baby gallery again. I went to see if the Okapi that I had listed in the April 2013 gallery was right, because it seemed so different from the rest.. I didn’t see her in the class picture so I moved her to the Safari batch from 2012. Someone correct me if I am wrong about that though!
Since I went looking for the Okapi in the old 2013 thread I started noticing lots of people adding permissions for me to use their images in there so I just started grabbing those as I saw them. I recall now, I had lost a friend just when those came out and adding them to the gallery really went to the wayside at that time. I never picked it back up, and I’m sorry to anyone who was looking forward to seeing their images up so long ago! They should be in there now, unless I missed anyone (entirely possible).I’ll be taking a break from these for the rest of the day, but I’ll keep adding, updating and creating more galleries over the next few days 🙂
Thanks everyone for your help!

Also, to clarify with the Colts because there have been some questions – I am going to create the gallery using pictures of them facing the right, like in the following picture:
Same with the Kirins – if you’d like to have your Grab Bag Kirins featured, please send in pictures of the sides where they are facing the right, like in this picture:
I am also still not sure about creating any more directories at the moment so please send pictures of Colts and Kirins first and foremost of the pieces that don’t currently have galleries! You can send me pictures of other Grab Bags as well but since I am not planning on creating directories for these right away it may be better to hold off so they don’t get lost in my inbox 🙂
Thanks again guys!!

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!My ears were burning! Hi guys!
I haven’t been on much lately due to real life stuff but I am still here sometimes XD
Funny that you mentioned the grab bag directories (or inevitable, I suppose in a thread like this!), but I am actually in the midst of putting together a new website and moving all of the galleries over there. It is mobile friendly and should just look nicer and neater all around!
And to answer the question (do I still do these?), although I run the danger of being hollared at by Kim (I do still have your pictures and I WILL get them in with this website move, I promise!! :)), I do still take submissions for the galleries but it sometimes takes me a while to get them up. With this new website it will be LOADS easier to get images up in a timely fashion once I get all of the galleries up. The interface is a ton easier than trying to code everything on my own! So yes, if you have submissions do email them to me! Just please try to make sure the image or images you send “fit” the theme of the gallery so that there are no glaring differences between batches – basically this just means that if it’s just a one-image-per-piece gallery (all of the galleries except the Young Unis) that I need the image to be of the display side of the piece.
That said, with the new website I will have to go through and combine all of the Young Unicorn images so that I only have one solid image for each uni (I will basically take the pictures of the two sides and fuse them together, so you’ll still be able to see both sides of the unis), so that is going to take the LONGEST of all of the different galleries. I should be able to move the other galleries over today or tomorrow (working on it right now!).
I would LOVE it if people would go over to the new webpage and check it out and give me your opinions! The way I am setting it up is that gallery will have the images randomzied every time you load the page. I had tried to do it in a “random” fashion with the original pages by naming each piece at random and putting them in alphabetical order, but this new page will allow me to actually randomize each gallery and I think I like that! That way, you won’t always see the same piece at the top so none seems more “important” than another.
Phew, that was a lot of typing – sorry! The new Galleries can be seen here:
http://www.cuddlyclay.com/windstone-grab-bag-directories/
The only one that is up currently is the Grab Bag Mini Keepers, but I’ll come hollar when the others are up.
If you want to add your image to any of these galleries, please email me at atoadaso (at) gmail [dot] com !The new webpage also includes a lot of the art I am working on personally as well as my Windstone PYOs and other things, so feel free to browse around if you would like and give me any opinons on the way the website looks in general – but by no means is that required! 🙂
<3
EDIT: I have moved the Baby Unicorns, Mini Keepers, Poads, and Pebble Wolves over to the new website (link above)! This does not include any that may still be in my inbox waiting for me to crop and upload them, but I WILL get to them! The old website will stay up but will no longer be updated.

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past! Thanks Pegasi, I came straight to the help section to find something about this figuring it would be here and not in General 🙂
Unfortunately, that suggestion is saying to do exactly what I cannot do – my Inbox would become a spammy mess if I allowed all emails to go to my inbox folder. I was hoping there would be another workaround for this.

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!I still wish Dreamscape would be considered as a limited production color. It’s easily my favorite scheme that has come up since the Sand and Serpentine days. And EVERYTHING looks good in it! ><

A question for Clay – is it possible to have a “Show All” option added to the list for number of products displayed?

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!I guess I’ve got the unpopular opinion! I tried to think about how I would feel if I entered a swap and someone sold my piece, and I have to say I would not be happy about it. I would not be able to say anything about it because I agree – the piece that I swap is the person’s who I swapped to, but I guess I’ve just always been under the impression that selling swap pieces would be frowned upon because I wouldn’t feel good about doing it and I wouldn’t feel good about it being done with a piece I painted.
Seeing someone trade a piece I swapped would sting less, but certainly for a moment I would wonder what I did wrong on the piece to make the person want to trade it away.
Again, there’s really nothing I’d be able to say against it, but I wouldn’t like having a piece I swapped sold for money. It would certainly make me think twice about entering swaps anymore.
