Nice ones, drag0n. The antiquing really helps on the one on the right – the other still looks a little plastic.

Can’t argue that, dragoness. Good point. But if I were to buy one for its color, I’d get the darker gold.

112! You have so got to post pictures, WindstoneCollector.

It’s neat to see the golds compared. I like the darker, deeper gold better too.

    Welcome to the forum, Karma!
Your broken Oriental… I remember the discussion about a peacock or jade – can’t remember which – that was displayed on E-Bay, neck broken, with a horrid glue job. Was it that one?

I’m sure it’s a lot more accurate, too. But still, that some were done with mouse… Wow. I gotta start practicing this new technique.

I love your artwork, Nam. I hope I can paint digitally as well as you do someday. It’s basically painting with the mouse cursor, right? Because on some of those unfinished art pieces it looks so much like pencil sketching…

Poor guy. I’m sure he’s used to it by now, though.

I’ve got peacock sitting Spectral so far, but I’ve made it my goal to get all the Spectrals in all the colors I possibly can. Right now I’m hoping and praying a credit card arrives in the mail this week so I can snatch at least one of the Emerald Spectrals (preferably the Riser) on E-Bay right now.
In the mean time, here’s my fine fellow in his fall surroundings. If you look closely you can see the claw on his right footsie where I had to resculpt the lower part.

    I take Quill’s standpoint.

I think John Alberti is the husband. In fact, I’m pretty sure. After all, Chessie’s last name is Alberti. Yeah, he must be the husband. In Copyright 101 he says so. I think.
    Ski…

Great job. The orange is perfect.
