Congrats, Mary – those are a great start to the show-offs. 🙂
February 8, 2021 at 6:31 pm in reply to: GB Safari & Giraffe Baby Pegasus Show Off Thread! 2/5/21 #1636105Not only is the forum fun, but educational. 😉 I had no idea the brown spotted ones were a mutant zebra. Those were not high on my list, but now that I know what they are, I find them much more appealing (while recognizing that the mutant strain is not a good sign – lack of genetic diversity and all, but still so sadly interesting)
October 27, 2020 at 6:58 pm in reply to: What are your squeaks? Tell Melody here!! (part 2) #1630623I was coming on to thank you for the incredible detail on the kitties, but now must add a huge YES!!! for Halloween wolves for next year. What a fantastic idea, Natasha. AND Nightcrow’s idea of mouse princes – especially Christmas nutcracker mouse princes….be still my heart. (or Christmas mouse wizards 😉 )

(Part 4 NEW for 2020) #1628159I wish I could be more original than previous comments, but just have to echo them – that pyo rock dragon is fantastic. (being artistically challenged I wish he weren’t pyo, but that’s my problem. 😉 )

GardenNinja – congratulations on completing a stunning set – gorgeous.
Bodancia – yeah, I have a feeling popcorn might be appropriate as those count down. 😉

Ela_Hara – how fantastic to be able to get your number 1. Congrats – and yep, there are some wonderful people on here. 🙂
I love the conga lines!!! They’re so much fun.
I thought it might be interesting to watch the last minute on the Blue Lightning Oriental (so gorgeous) – darn, now I wish I had popped popcorn – that was fun. Congrats, Gina
@ Iaphone1 – I recently starting using imgur.com and for someone as non-techy as I am, it is exceedingly easy to use. You can easily drag images from your desktop to the site and then load them to the Windstone posts.
Oh, my – I was just thinking last week that it seemed like a long time since we had seen an oriental on ebay – what a way to break the drought – gorgeous!
Posting my daughter’s. Her giraffe is a twin to mine except for the eyes, so we have an ad up to trade either one. She is open to a trade for the clouded leopard.

My hippos came in and while they’re cuties, they’re not quite what I was looking for. I was hoping for a darker giraffe to go with my young, but after that, I also love the silver/gray giraffes. I love tabby kitties, but I prefer my safaris more on the “wild side”. 😉 So if either are calling to you, please message me.

The fun has begun! Great grabs so far. Great idea with the reference photos, Courtney – I can’t see them on the thread, but when I click on one of them it takes me to IMGUR and then I can, so if anybody is not seeing them, you might try that. (my computer is ancient, so it’s probably some quirk in it)
