Thats cool! I’d post pics of my room, since it has some cool stuff in it too, but on top of everything are dishes, dirty clothes, and books. Everywhere…I can’t wait to move to my own house where I have room for all my stuff ><

But on the other hand… I’m not sure I’m looking forward to Wee Free Men.

Wait wait, Wee Free Men is being made into a movie? I love that book! I like The Amazing Maurice better, but Pratchett is still my all time favorite author.

I’d like one too…though I’m not sure if I could bring myself to put him outside… 🙂

And there’s another concern about that too. A few weeks ago there was a news article about some thieves going around stealing Christmas decorations! Makes me wonder if a nice statue on the front porch would disappear too…

My freind has two pretty big lion statues outside her apartment building which keep being stolen, despite them being about 30 pounds each, and, later, being cemented down. Nothing is safe around here!

OOhhh I love that wolf. It is so colorful. I love the stipe going down his nose, maybe if you make a couple of lines some place it might tie it in better.

Yah, I’d like to do that, but I have no idea where to put the other stripes. I don’t want him to be stripy like a zebra or anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

WoW! He is AWESOME! Why do I keep thinking of Skittles? I really like the wings especially, but I’d maybe add the rainbow effect to the backs too instead of just blue, or maybe fade it into purple. I still think it is really cool! Reminds me a little of that rainbow griffin I never finished. LOL!

Oh, how I tried to make the back of the wings rainbowy! I repainted them 5 times. I wanted to have the blue fade to purple, and eventually to yellow, so it would be kinda opposite of the wings, but it just refused to work for some reason. The yellow kept gettin really muddy, and the paint wouldn’t stick and urg. So eventually I painted it green and yellow, which obviously didn’t work, so I wiped that off and just used blue. Mer.

    Rainbow griffin!

I knew there was someone else from missouri here! I havn’t been to check out any of the stores on the list of dealers, but there could be some here. Its a longer drive, of course.

I think those Crystal Momentos in Ski’s link are pretty cool looing…

My latest watercolor adventure! I really had no idea what to do with the pyo wolf. I decided on doing a red, orange, yellow, blue, and purple scheme, and I just started painting, with no plan. I really had no idea how he would turn out. I don’t really know what to think of him now 😆

He was definatly the hardest of the pyo’s for me to do. I had to use a cheaper watercolor brand because my other set didn’t have any good shades of red. The paint really didn’t want to stick in some places, like on his haunches and the back of his neck. I found out that when the blue and red were blended, it became a brown mess, so I had to use violet and purple a lot when blending. Some places, like on the primarys and secondarys, that was kind of unavoidable, so I’m not really very pleased about how that came out.
So yah, I really want your guys opinion on him. Sorry the pictures arn’t great, I need to take some more.

We have a really cool place here called Art-Mart, and they have all the art supplies you’ll ever need. I havn’t been there in a while, but I’m pretty sure they have interference paints. If not, we also have a Dick Blick, Micheals, Hobby Lobby, and some other weird craft store. Living in a big city does have its benifits.

Aww! They are so cute! Their expressions make me think of a very indignant cat. I would put they right out on my doorstep, and they would keep all the sollicitors and church people away 😈

Ah, late coming to this thread! I’ve been in Iowa with my grandma who has no computer ><

I got Invader Zim disc two (victory!!!!). This really cool gryphon belt buckel, which I don’t know what I’m going to do with it, since I don’t ever OWN any belts. I want to make it into a hairpiece, but I have no idea how. I was going to get a camera, but I can’t decide on one, so I just got some cash instead. I need one with a good zoom, for taking pictures of birds 🙂
    Merry holidays y’all!

Wow! I didn’t think the new griffons would be that much…Well, if I were to sell her, are any of you interested?

in reply to: How Much is a Ruby Mother Worth? #517392

I love my ruby mother and she’s my only dragon, but I was thinking of selling her, since I need money for griffins. Does anybody know how much they go for on ebay? I don’t see them there very often. Also, has Melody said how much the new griffins are going to be(I think they are buy it now)?
