Thanks very much! đź’ś
Yes, that was my old handle, but had since archived that name, my art commissions were targets for NFT & Amazon/ebay/ Aliexpress theft, I had grown distant with it.
Thanks for the feedback!
Is there an updated way to value a limited production GB dragon?
What do you think, Melody?
Plagiarism is a very, very strong allegation, however browsing that artist’s gallery… Their art style is incredibly inconsistent. Their vector mascots don’t appear to follow any art style or pattern.
Its also found at his other portfolios

When will these be finished and available?
Outside pics!!!
His collar is more the blue Colorshift, as well as his hooves. Topaz gems. But most of his body looks purple, with the rusty Colorshift on his legs and large body spots. He also has gold accent spots as well.Lovely! Purple is <3
I’m really hoping this will end up a pyo. I don’t have the luxury of being able to do grab bags. I can’t afford it, but that’s just me I guess. Regular runs of pebble chickens would be fine too, but again for my own selfish reasons, I know I’d get much more enjoyment out of being able to paint them. But in the end it’s your call, Melody
I second this. I’m sorry that PYO’s are not money makers, but they are all I can really afford. I look at each PYO I buy as an investment. I am a skilled enough artist that I can paint them exactly as I want them to be.
Airbrushed production pieces, and other factory pieces are too simple in my opinion. I like detail. All airbrushed pieces I have, or have seen up close are too simple, and (dare is say this…”Too sloppy”). *ducks head from flying heavy objects* …Yikes!
I think that Airbrushing really detracts from the amazing potential the sculpts themselves hold. Although, in some rare cases, simpler coloration’s really do SHOW OFF the details of Melody’s sculpts in the right instance. But, unfortunately…most often, I feel a little disappointed once I see them in-hand.I know, there has to be a delicate balance to maintain between labor, and profit in the Factory; If all pieces were as richly painted as some manually brushed special items and PYO’s have been done, the prices paid would be more worthy.
Maybe I am too much of a perfectionist….I don’t know. I am just being honest.
I agree with you completely. Airbrush is simple, cheaper, and can be sloppy. Brushwork takes more skill and results in better detail, more interesting and valuable designs, TBPH. Airbrushing is like powder coating – churned out by the numbers, quick paintjob!

April 18, 2016 at 7:08 am in reply to: Be sure you've joined waitlists for your favorite items! #944255Wolfrott, were you logged into the store when you pressed the “Join Waitlist” button?
If you are already logged into the store and press a join waitlist button it adds you right onto the list. If you are not logged into the store at the time, it will will say this across the top of the page in a purple stripe: “You must create an account and be logged in to join the waitlist for this product” I just tested it and it seems to work o.k.
I find that its helpful to note that when you are logged into the forum, the little “log in or out” words are way to the right of the top of the screen, when you are logged into the store they are closer to the center of the screen. Our goal is to have everything in one place again, however until we get the forums and galleries moved to where the store is, we’ll have two separate log ins.
Yes.
I just tried it now and it still logs me out. I login to the store, it then takes me to my recent orders page, but if I leave it to access the store itself, it logs me out.
I missed out because the new site design workings revoked all my mailing lists, so that ruined my week.
I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS CHOOK. Alfhough I am bedridden and unable to paint, my sis can try painting one for me.
Except for the errors, the store’s looking great! Nice font overhauls and links.
