Can’t do a fancy card where the words just seem to flow.
An on anything to do with a computer, I quite simply blow.
So I will try to look a little deeply perhaps beyond my soul.

Sorry baby, been going threw this same stuff for years with a company allot of you have never heard of call Meijers. The more people that leave and believe me they want you to quit. They can hire 2 people for what I make per hour. I get left holding the bag because even though they have new people these can’t do the work of one former employee. So now the stocking the shelves for me moves from that expected and tagged 45 to 50 cases per to a push for me to do even more. My case average the last 2 days was 77 cases per hour cut open and on the shelves. This is double what they get out of most. When they first came up with this quota and threatened write up everyone I almost laughed in there faces this had been tried before. I and another woman employee that they wanted to get rid of were the only employee’s that made the quota. To make matters worse they held us back 2 hours insuring that we would not make the quota. I remember the other lady saying to me we are sunk. No, we are not sunk you toss the rest of the stock and I wall put it all up. She is not winning this– never say never. I am one stubborn woman. I won that battle passed our quota. I am quick but she made me mad and that made me quicker. That stunt cost me 2 dislocated ribs and 2 days of missed work. 5 years later I am still there. Now 20 years.
The point I am trying to make: Don’t let them beat you! They want you to quit. Document everything there is always someone over everyone in this type of buisness. If it is costing you sales buy being short of help document it. The company needs to know this even if you don’t sign your name. Every single buisness is out there to make money. Cutting hours that causes cutting sales is not for the greater good of any company. Just don’t give up yet. Unless you find a better job. You can do it ! I know you have it in you lady. :shout: Think tough for now. Hang in for now. I know its hard been there myself. 😉 An yes it really does suck!windstonefan

Hello everyone, I have allot of non Windstone items up on eBay rightnow as I am still trying to pay off all my bills and have a long way to go yet. Lawyer fees , fines for my son,probation fees, have made all– my other bills come last. Still have medical bills car accident bills and a whopper of a Visa bill, Discover to catch up on as everthing else needed went on those. Robbing Peter to pay Paul does have its draw backs. If you have time please look up poodlesforyou on eBay and check out what I have up for sale taking all reasonable offers seriously. Anything I have up on eBay is what I say it is. As I try to be honest in everything I do.

Want more Graphite Dragons to be done. That auction last night should give you a idea on just how much everyone loves that pattern. Well specially me and whoever jumped over my high bid at the end. As usual I gave my what my brother likes to call the most you are willing to pay bid. I did and walked away. I must say I popped that bid right up there and well thats just the way I do things. Never mad or sad though ever. I always figure what is ment to be will be.But sure would love to see more of these, :hi: Ms Melody and I don’t think I have asked or squeeked for much of anything before now. Except a few things. When this happened to me I went to work after picking up all the little pieces everywhere this was my prized possession cabinet with my most expensive pieces in it. I remember the crach and even my son woke out of his sleep thinking a car had hit our home because of the big crash. I was just sick inside. As I laid all the pieces on the table everywhere–I had to go to work. I got there and was actually physically ill. I was heated up and faint I felt like throwing up and asked to go home. Everyone said I did not look well. Nope in fact I was greiving for my pieces. I came home made coffee and sat down in the living room. Finally I went to the table it was like putting jigsaw puzzles together trying to sort out the pieces of what went together. No faces left on the one cut off at the ears and nothing there but powder. OMG I never wanted that to happen or wished that to happen to anyone —ever.I was devistated. I am so sorry for you dear and sadly can honestly say–I have been there. An it is a very aweful feeling my heart cries for you it really does. Kyrin is still working on my 2 Suns even now. This was 2 years ago. 🙁 Evelyn

Well I really have to admit I did too. In my china cabinet I confess that those were in the farthest cabinet from my viewing eye so I really do not get to look at them that often. This will make me miss them a little less. But I am glad that you and I both enjoyed seeing these guys. For me really up close and for everyone else that too. I think that everyone here wishs these had been made just a little longer. How Windstone got these all to match so perfectly we may never know. But by golly these were just so well done. I really hope for more colorful Dragons done like this in the future. Whether Ms Melody will find that in her heart to make allot of members dreams come true only she knows that answer to that question. Squeek squeek* everyone Squeek squeek* !
