Another beautiful color for the hoofers. I missed out on the slate and others. Need me some hoofers in my life!
Me too. I like the Atlantis, but I also think pastel rainbow would be nice. Maybe with the bodies in pearly lavender or blue to differentiate them more from the test paints and the white ones.

It seems like I am not the only person who accidentally paid for more than one. I emailed Windstone, and Susie responded saying she would return the extra probably today. Therefore, if you missed out, put your name on the waitlist and check the store some today. Some more may show up.
1). The Ocelot griffins have spotted bodies. I’m hoping for a restock of them. Mainly the patterned color schemes take more time to paint so they don’t end up as production pieces. For some eye candy, look at the pictures in the eBay gallery.
I love the ivory moss color, but have never really cared for the red eyes with it. Seems too jarring a contrast to me. If the eyes were a softer orange, or the metallic tan, or even a different shade of green, it would be an entirely different story…
White eyes like the winter ash? pieces had to match the horns. Or that dark gunmetal silver, or really dark green.
There’s an ocelot crouching griffin chick and a couple of hatching dinos on eBay right now. I think someone was looking for those.
If you are looking for a patterned cougar, it would be a grab bag. If you are signed up for the newsletter, you should get notifications when new items and grab bags come out. I think you can also put yourself on the waitlist for one of the previous grab bags for that item, and when a new grab bag comes out you will get notified. Also, if you follow the “What’s next on the schedule” thread or official Facebook page, Melody will usually mention what grab bag she is currently working on a few times before it comes out. The one she is currently doing is qu-lins. You could also put an ad in the classifieds saying you are looking for one, and I’m pretty sure someone recently posted a “fire cat” version one on the Facebook page.
Retired colors also show up on eBay and other secondhand markets from time to time. If you buy from one of those though, make sure they know how to pack Windstones or look for one that is local that you can pick up.
Ok, I’m drooling. I’m pretty sure Melody said no grab bags before Christmas so unless they come out the week between then and New Years they will probably be out next year. Any word on the hippogriff moms?
