She is very beautiful! I really like her coloring.. its enchanting.. magical and serene all at the same time!
Yay Yay.. happy day.. Fantasy Wolves so excited.. maybe ones with moons and stars on them.. or some even in a red cloak.. heheh red riding hood.. or wearing masks for a gothic masquerade ball.. I also like the idea of tribal patterns! I love the pebble wolves… I have only one at the moment and I adore him!.. but when the blind bag series of them come out.. he wont be alone anymore that is for sure! Thanks Melody!

I would be happy to see more Wolves or Foxes! Ardwolf patterns would be great on either of those sculpts. Though why not do a series of foxes or wolves.. in a fable, fantasy color palette. Think of foxes wearing masks with patterns colored for a masquerade ball! I don’t mind safari on some sculpts but since we just had the unicolts in safari.. maybe something fantasy!

Hello everyone. Sorry for the delay in the update. A week ago I received a very pleasant phone call from the Marine Mammal and Rescue Centre. They called me to thank me first for sponsoring Senor Cinco the Seal, but also told me some good news about him. I promised to share here with you guys so here goes. A group of veterinary specialists came in to provide dental surgery to remove the damaged teeth he had from being shot in the face. The surgery was a success. The Rescue centre was able to sedate him safely through the procedure as they have developed a drug formula that they use when rescuing other seals from garbage entanglements and other injuries.
I was told that Senor Cinco was doing well and recovering really well. I will be invited back to the Centre this year and I may have the opportunity to meet him. If I do.. it will be amazing. I am hoping that Senor Cinco will become an ambassador animal. The Aquarium names a few animals in this role. Their stories are shared globally to help educate others about Marine Mammals.
I was sent some pictures of him.. which I have no idea how to share here. But Senor Cinco is a beautiful creamy brown! He is gorgeous.. and not so little lol.

Hi everyone. I see that my thread picked up a few voices! I have been away for awhile.. long story but I will be back on the threads. The positive of this thread has been that we as a community have come out to share our struggles, but have also come together as a group to find new solutions to keep this community a positive place for everyone, new and old! I think that is amazing. We all deserve a pat on the back!

Hello… back again! Angelika a travelling tadpoad has heard the call to make the journey out to you.. do not worry a new friend is coming to you. It is not coming from the person that was suppose to send you one.. I can only hope that member is okay. Since this situation and another one.. I as well feel that my heart is not into participating in making another swap. It is unfortunate that this happened.
I like the little guy that is swimming in the all blue background! I had no idea that Poads swam underwater. It makes me wonder.. if there are some coloured like ducks, and penguins out there?!
Hey Kim.. I caved and bought a fantasy one the day the went up for sale. He just arrived yesterday in the mail for me. I am In British Columbia. Like you, my tracking didn’t up date since the 13th of this month. It should my Peg Baby was at Vancouver International Airport! He only left there a couple days ago.
I assume he heard that I will be flying out of that Airport on Tuesday coming up to Disneyland.. so maybe he was checking to make sure the planes were in good shape…or he was being bratty and racing planes himself lol
I was hoping for a blue one.. but instead I got a yellow one with green. I will get a picture up soon.. still have to post on up of my travelling poad to lol. I dread photobucket.. so I procrastinate.
I should clarify that when I mentioned that I hope Karma finds the person or persons that shot this animal and teaches them a lesson.. I mean to say that I hope that they are caught, arrested and charged for this cruel act by the authorities. I also hope they do jail time.. and lose the rights to use fire arms.

There is a member that signed up and has not received their traveller.. I am checking in to see if there is anyone else that still has not received theirs from our group. It would be disappointing if someone signed up, received one already and has not bothered to send one out in return. If you sent out your traveller later than the end date… please get in touch with me. I have sent a message out already to one sender.. hopefully to hear from them soon. Travelling Tadpoads can wander on their journeys for some time before reaching their destination.. just hoping to hear that they are making their way to their new home!
Rylorien I am so glad that Orielly made it safely to your house! I have never sent anything glass before in the mail so I was a tad ( worried. But it looks like Orielly kept your glass globe safe on her journey to you! I am glad that you like her colors.. she is pretty special I think being a rainbow colored one! I actually had no idea that you collected glass items.. so it was a happy accident. I found the tree glass globe ball at a local gift shop that I like. Each glass ball is handmade, handblown by a local artist here in Canada. There are different types of trees and colors with different meanings. Orielly wanted to bring you that gift of friendship which I think is a good gift to bring to anyone. Each tree has a different meaning. Some relate to friendship, others wisdom, love, creativity and so forth.
Typically they are known as friendship balls. I bought one for myself a few years ago from an artist on Etsy. If you do not have gift stores that sell them locally, you can try Etsy!
