I’ve purchased DecoArt Antiquing Medium from this eBay seller in the past. They ship internationally, and have super cheap rates. In fact, it says shipping to Australia is $1.33!

It looks nice, but more black & *insert color here* dragons? I don’t think I would buy any of these because they (black gold, BVP, BEP, etc.) all look so similar.
There’s no nuance to black, no blending of light to dark, so all the scale details tend to blur together visually. I’d rather see something with more color, like blue ice or mahogany dragons.
*bounce bounce bounce bounce*! I have something new for show ‘n’ tell! I don’t have great pictures yet though and probably wont till the weekend unless I can steal some time tonight but I got my favorite piece done in 2011…one of, if not #3 for *all time* (#1-Violet Flame OW, #2-Brown Autumn Leaf OW, #3……..)
Okay actually I guess I have 2 things. One hasn’t wanted to get his picture taken either. He’s kind of shy 😛

I’ll add my voice to the this squeak. Anything that gets me more hatching emperors is good in my books.
I’d love to see hatching royalty in BVP, gold, empea, MAHOGANY, amethyst, and restocks of CP, brown, and silver. If that isn’t asking too much. 😉

It was so nice to have the store not freeze and the order not take ten nerve-wracking minutes like what happened with the candycorns.

so…a wonderful forum member got a GBpoad for me since I wasn’t sure I’d be at a computer when they came out. Question is…since I didn’t place the order and haven’t gotten an invoice yet did the order go through? anybody know how that works? Thanks! 🙂
It may take a little while before the order is personally reviewed and an invoice sent to your email, so I wouldn’t be too concerned.
Of course, you can always PM the person who ordered it for you and ask what the order number is. If you have an order number, then the order went through. Hope that answers your question.

I haven’t been this excited over any other eBay color scheme. The dragons look great, the grand uni looks great, and even the gothic unicorn (which is definitely not my favorite sculpt) looks amazing.
I have my fingers doubly crossed that this color goes into LP at least, but I really hope that it goes into regular production. Who doesn’t love red dragons? 🙂
I’m looking at the store page and can’t decide whether to buy or not.
I don’t collect poads, but I know that there are some rabid poad collectors here who might be happy to trade other Windstones for more GB poads, so I’m considering buying one for trading purposes. Plus, they are pretty neat. 🙂

I have to add my vioce to the clamor for more mahogany. I wasn’t a big fan of ruby, and I too have given up hope of getting any red fire pieces, so to see such a rich and deep red-burgundy mix on that ebay male was a very welcome sight indeed.
I hope to see more dragons in this color scheme, not just on ebay, but as LP’s as well.

Here’s my little beauty! He was totally not on my radar when I was picking my favorites from the group photo, but now that I have him in hand, I totally love him.
The amount of detail on him is astounding. It’s been said many times, but WOW, Melody, you did an amazing job on these little guys!

I wish I had thought to get pictures of my dog while he was still at the breeders’ place with mom and littermates. It will be so nice to have a complete photo record of your pups as they grow. Congratulations. 🙂
I LOVE him! Hes perfect just the way he is :love: It would be great to see a “green” emperor. Something yellow and green maybe? Similar to Spring Green Gold? like a “lemon lime” color.
Or gold emerald/summer green like these, perhaps? (jackid55’s pic)
