That is frustrating! I hope it’s just a normal delay. I would suggest not threatening to go to the news. First of all, I doubt the news will care that you are missing a couple pieces of mail, and second, whenever someone starts to make threats like that, I figure they tend to over-react and I tend to take everything they say with a grain of salt. Good luck!

Here are a few more photos, I still have a few more on my camera that I’ll copy over soon!
A cactus wren that likes to hang out around the shelter and eat ants, yummy!
Another snakie
A pallid bat
They can crawl really fast!
Some stray chickens
An egret someone thought was injured (it wasn’t) and game and fish cleared me to release it by the Rio Grande.
Being a good mommy.
More babies!
And a teeny tiny glossy snake that was hanging out in a lady’s kitchen.
I’ve noticed that too with the special eBay pieces. I have two reactions, the first is that it sucks for those who have come upon unexpected financial troubles, the second is that it’s too bad they won’t be able to recoup their money because they were obviously the person that was willing to spend the most on that piece.
Yay! Congrats on the raffle and your son!
Ki-rin! Ki-rin! Ki-rin!
Yeah, I’m in the fascinated camp, but I do have my M.S. in Entomology. 😛
The tiny roaches are the nasty ones, those are the ones that infest everything. Yuck. I like the big ones, I think they are cool, although the husband does not agree. This may be a bad time to point this out, but did you know they can fly?
Underground tour? Like….literally under ground? O.O
Yes! Seattle use to have sewage problems that would come and go with the tides, so they raised the streets by 10 ft. You get to tour the old abandoned 1st floors and walk under the current sidewalks, and the guides are hilarious!
I’m so sorry KP. 🙁 When you are ready to come back, know that we love you and think you are super cool.
I haven’t been receiving in stock notices or store announcements.
Woohoo! Travel! When I lived in eastern Washington my husband and I took a few weekend trips to Seattle. A good weekend is the underground tour and then the space needle. I can’t wait to hear your adventures!
