Missed them again! Darn evening work schedule! I did get to save two pitbull puppies that were starving to death, so I guess I still like my job. 😛
On no!!!! I’ve been saving up all my extras ever since Melody first said she was working on these and I missed them!
A friend that lives in NY was in NM for a few days, so I drove the 3 hours (one way) to go see her on my day off and just got home. Hopefully I can get one when they come back out of shopping carts, otherwise, does anyone have an extra they decided they might not want?

But what actually started my collection off, was the baby ki-rin pictured here. And he was the only one I had for the longest time (Momma is actually a month-old acquisition from Ebay–I was so shuffed to finally find her after 20 years, I immediately paid the ‘buy now’ price. Now all I need is Dad…)
Yeah for Ki-rin families! My ki-rin collection is in the same state and man does if feel good to have them! Congrats on your Mom!
So awesome! I love dinosaurs and fossils! We have some mountains here that were Pangea coastline, I love to go hiking and finding footprints and fossil shells.
That Pentaceratops skull is sooooooo cool! I will have to come out to OK just to see it.

Congrats on them! I saw that pair on ebay. You really did get a great deal! Enjoy them. Maybe you’ll have the daddy someday too. I finally got one. He’s worth the wait. 🙂
Dad is definitely worth the wait! Hopefully someday the horn issue will be fixed and I can get a new production color. 🙂
OH MAN!!!! I am so excited! I have always wanted the ki-rin family and I finally won a mom and baby on e-bay for an awesome price!!!!! They are perfect (well, mom has a small paint chip on her tail, but it’s no biggie). There is no dust on them at all!
I was a little nervous about purchasing them after hearing all the e-bay horror stories and the shipping was only $8, but the seller said they would double box.
They arrived today, packed perfectly! Lots of bubble wrap and boxes!
Okay, enough talking, time for photos (please excuse the poor quality, I don’t want to get my good camera from the other room and it’s really hot outside here in NM)

I bought the ki-rins from that seller and they said that none of the windstones have been around smokers. It’s probably a combination of aging and photography.

Mine was the one with the Fuzzy house in the forest, where they were receiving their very own Windstone package. 😀
I really liked the ones that I felt took A LOT of work!
Got all mine. Goes for 2 more days. Go get them you guy’s oop’s gal’s!!! 42 of them. 1 every 12 mins. on the DC pages. Not on the Forum itself.
