I heard the auction for him has been removed, has someone saved him or has the owner taken it off? :/ I hope someone saved him….
No problem stormbringer! I’m glad to know he’s with you at a good home 🙂 and thank you! I reeeaaaaly also wanted that green tabby griffin *pants like a dog* that’s my all time favorite griffin and just about died after I found it and the auction was far done. Lol
Congrats on the Sunset griffin #2 Stormbringer!! I wanted #1 and bid on him for $475, but he went to $700 something. My jaw dropped when it sold for that much. Ah well, next pretty griffy I will hope to win ;). But that poor dragon, I’m tempted still, but have no strech room with money to get him. I just hope someone does. I look at his sad eyes and feel so bad :(.
I Juuuust about did buy him to rescue him, would have givin me a chance for a first rescue. Poor guy, windstone abuse is what I would call it. He needs a good home. Who ever recues him should post photos of his restoration! The only reason I passed on grabbing him is cause I bought a grab bag pebble wolf, something I really wanted for a while and stumbled on one on ebay. Can’t wait to get him!!!

So jealous!!!!! That’s my dream dragon. One of my life goals is to get a secret keeper. But coughing up $1000 isn’t easy….Lol
My story begins when I was first to notice (I was four) my mom had these amazing detailed sculptures. I didn’t know what they were till later years but they were so beautiful. About 7-8 years later is when I first started begining to be obsessed with dragons. (For sooome reason, my mom didn’t like it, but is totally fine with it when I turned into my teens) the sculptures that my mom had for years, and what I noticed when I was four, were Windstone edition dragons. Four original brown colored dragons: the male, the mother, the young (she calls teenager), and hatching. I LOOOVED them and wanted my own someday. When I turned twelve, we went to State,Street in madison WI to a store called Wix n stix, a store with out of ordinary stuff. There I found my very first windstone and one I could actually afford; the peacock fledgling. I was so happy I brought it to grandmas house when I went to stay for a weekend. She was happy for me. Then, I think for my birthday a couple years later, I got my second one; a rainbow male. I was one happy girl that day. My mom felt that she was the one who originally collected those and said “you need to collect something else and not those now” I was hurt but continued to collect. (I believe she said that because I could save my money for those and she couldn’t cause she had bills to pay and a house payment to make) later on, I collected more n more and have a huge collection now. I’m a proud owner of many pieces. Thank you melody
Man, all these collections are simply jaw dropping awesome O.o. ugh..I STILL need to post my collection, but have been busy and haven’t been over to my aunts to post my pics (don’t have a comp at home.) Anyone got a production lap they are willing to sell?! I want a lap dragon sooooooo bad!!!!
I am soooooo grabbing one of these, killer colors that are a must have! I actually don’t care which one I get, but if I had to choose a favorite, the part leopard with blue outlining and white underside. That spoke want to me LOL. When do these come out?! I want to make sure I get one and this will be my first grab bag anything.
