Hah, wow, i have that happen a lot, too. The most common is “crush from high school finally decides i’m worth taking a chance on” and then i jokingly tell him tough luck, he missed his own dedicated chance. Or my mind will conjure up someone i’ve not thought of in years or just make up some fictional character.
My dreams are very often vivid and realistic, only marred by “nope, that can’t happen, not like that” or my ability to fly.
Cool! I love the comparison. I think one of my future goals will be to get a grumpy green male. The thing i love most about the males is that “don’t #&$@ with me” look when viewed directly from the front, and these seem to have more of the effect. 🙂

And i just ordered the two i really would feel bad if they discontinued before i made up my mind. So these will be my first Windstones – and i’ll be officially “in the club.” 🙂
I don’t know how well this would work for Windstones, but what i do for everyday stuff around my computer and Breyers (when i don’t want to go through a bunch of air-cans) is “sweep” them with a dedicated soft-bristle paint brush (clean and unused otherwise, of course). Soft bristles keep from doing damage even if i have to get a little more vigorous against the dirt. As for stains and such, maybe someone else has ideas.

And yep, i’m on DA, same icon and username! I recognize you too! I should really post some more of my stuff, but most of it is ooolllldd. I did do a recent repaint of one of the little “blind bag” sized My Little Ponies that i’m pretty proud of and want to show off. I’ve been lazy about it, though. And my muse has been awfully shy for the past 14 years.

Well, the BVP Male is the one i have my eyes on, but i wouldn’t be upset to get my hands on a green one, either. 😉 I’m also awfully tempted by the shifty-painted Curled Dragon. I’ve seen a few Windstones in stores and of course my friend’s years ago, but i can only imagine what some of the shinier colors look like.
Yeah, i’ve been on Neopets over 11 years and still love it. My username is the same there. My friends who play are kids-at-heart who love horses and fantasy critters, good company to have, indeed.
I don’t play Starcraft II, though. Sorry. 🙂
