That’s all right, he is a very handsome looking horse though! Was he sabino, or solid colored?
Also, I guess it doesn’t really matter, but I was a voteless #26 XD
I figure he was a minimal splash. I didn’t notice any white markings except a small snip on his muzzle, might have had some small white leg markings. 🙂
I only got 1 vote. My pics were nice, but they weren’t otherwise memorable compared to the others (aside from the sea dragon sculpture and blue-eyed buckskin). Yours was among my “hard to pick from” sets.
Congratulations to both of you! 😀 Yes, i loved your pictures, too! I’m glad we didn’t have porcupines near my home growing up, but we had skunks – and no, the dogs never “learned their lessons” from them either, pee-yew!

I don’t have any other close-up pictures of the blue-eyed buckskin, sorry. If i had picked one of a horse i know better, you’d have had better luck with that request, hehe. I just loved that horse’s color and unusual eyes – you don’t often see blue eyes on a horse who doesn’t have much white. It occurred to me after picking them all that i went with a bunch of blue-eyed critters!
I was among those who voted for #12. There were SO many nice pictures and sets overall, it was hard to pick. 🙂
I loved seeing everyone’s photos! I narrowed my vote down to about 7, then 4, then 2, and then had to figure out some criteria for a tie-breaker. And i didn’t consider my own, hehe, just the way i play. So many lovely and creative pictures, thanks for sharing them everyone!
Yep, me too! A couple were real photo scavenger hunts, even through my photo archives, but thankfully the rest are favorite subjects of mine – also tough to choose! Best of luck to the entrants, and i can’t wait to see my competition! 🙂 I hope to get at least a few votes, and i will try to play nice and not just vote for my own (though i won’t hold it against anyone who does).
Hannah, i was about to say you didn’t post a picture of the one that i had, but then i saw it and remembered that it passed through your hands – so i guess that’s your pic. 🙂 It’s better than the one i got from that angle. Love the page!

He’s a winter berry leaf!
Very pretty, but he’ll be FOR TRADE (EDIT – and he’s been claimed!) – i like rainbows (any pattern), especially if there’s a good amount of blue and of course the magic invisible paint (blue interference as has been seen in some would be a bonus too). Or if he’s your favorite, i’ll gladly trade for that reason too. But if nobody wants to trade, i would still be pleased to have him. 🙂
His eyes are metallic red-pink, and his jewel is a pale yellow-green. He has nifty green ear fuzz and tail, a hind sock, a blaze, and a mottled pink nose. He’s dusted with magic invisible paint. I included pics with the flash and without in indoor light because both ways show color and detail the other doesn’t. I can take sun pics if prodded.

I just happened to be online when i got the email notification – ONE back in stock, and i grabbed it! Sorry if anyone got the notification and missed it, but i figured it was meant to be. If so, it’ll be my first grab-bag. 🙂 I’ll post a pic when it arrives. Meanwhile, i’ve been enjoying everyone else’s pics.

I had to bid on the GORGEOUS Ocean Python Emperor, justifying with “but he’s my husband’s favorite colors too!” I know i can’t win this time – there’s no way i could afford what i think he’ll go for, but i had to show him some love. 🙂
Oh, and now the Ziger Male Pegasus and Tiger Male Griffin – gorgeous, handsome fellows!! Melody painted them both.
If the Ziger Pegasus had a mostly-black tail, i’d be pining even more for him.
And i would bid on the Griffin if he weren’t already higher on bidding than i can justify right now.
…and of course all the other ones. I might be tempted on a Black Ruby too, since one of my favorite color combinations is red on black.
Ah well, no harm in gawking for a bit, right?

I can’t believe there was no love for the Indigo Ice Male!! Of course, I am not complaining, because he will come live with me and I will love him and pet him and call him George.
Hehe, i gave him $160 worth of love, but i have so many other important things vying for money (fix the car, get my husband’s work uniform, etc.)…that was all i could justify.
I always figure that if someone outbids me, they want him more than i do. Congratulations!! 😀 He is gorgeous!
