A conga of kirins! Scathach you have your own class photo, haha 🙂 They’re all cuties, what luck that they came to you straight from the store.

Gorgeous unis Natasha and Jellyfish! Natasha, I totally missed yours in the class photos. I like the little green dots on the scales! And Jellyfish, yours has large pupils – looks like it’s giving you eternal puppy dog eyes 😀

Finally posting pictures of this little beauty. I still can’t believe I’m lucky enough to have my favorite from the whole batch as a part of my little herd 🙂 A very big thank you to her original owner. She’s got a lovely zebra pattern with gold-edged pearly gold ginkgo leaves. There are two tiny birds on her left knee.
And as always, thank you to Melody. Ginkgos are among my favorite trees!Forever seeking: Blackwatch the raffle Old Warrior, Jennifer Miller's pieces, and GB Baby unis!
My baby was waiting for me today, as a way to celebrate the end of the workweek 🙂 It’s a cutie but pink isn’t really my color, so it’ll be up for trade! One thing I do really like about it is the magic sparkle paint over the silver stripes on the back – it gives it this almost holographic glow that the silver rainbow sparkle pebble animals have.
Thank you Melody for this little gem, and the Valentine’s fuzzy was a cute touch too 😀Forever seeking: Blackwatch the raffle Old Warrior, Jennifer Miller's pieces, and GB Baby unis!
Siberakh1, I don’t know why but your kirin reminds me of a deck of playing cards all fanned out. I think it’s the colors with the lighter borders of each scale! Thanks for posting pics 🙂

So excited to see these guys start showing up! Thanks everyone for posting pictures. Benathorn, I think yours may be my favorite so far – I missed that little gem in the class pictures!
Mine is coming via slow mail, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s one of these…
The top left two are my favorites of my favorites, haha! If anybody lands these guys and you don’t love them, drop me a line!Forever seeking: Blackwatch the raffle Old Warrior, Jennifer Miller's pieces, and GB Baby unis!
Well, I think I’ve got it figured out, although the solution is weird!
I open the files for photos that have a vertically-oriented long axis. Then I hit one of the two ‘rotate 90 degree’ buttons in the bottom right of the screen. After that, I’ll click forward or backward to view the next file, which saves the changes to the picture. Then I click back to view the original picture again, and re-orient it back to vertical, then click forward or backward to view another picture. It saves the switch back to vertical, and that comes through when I upload the file in the Classifieds.
What strikes me as weird is that Photo Viewer and Photo Gallery (which is part of the Windows Live software package, and does not come standard with most Windows systems but is available to download for free from Microsoft) do not auto-rotate photos. So I originally edited them to be oriented vertically after I imported them onto the computer from my camera. Why didn’t the first time I edited the photo count?
Anyway, I’m just glad a found a solution! Thank you again GardenNinja for your help – I hope this also helps anyone else having a similar issue.

Hi GardenNinja, thanks for your help.
I’ve got Windows 8.2 and normally view my photos with Windows Photo Viewer, edit them with Photo Gallery. Whenever I make alterations to the photos and go to close the program/switch photos it pops up a ‘saving changes’ box. When I upload those same photos to Photobucket, Facebook, etc. they display properly.
Thanks again!

Branzyboo, I don’t know how I missed that one in the class photos, it’s so different! It looks like it’s wearing some sort of leafy helmet or has a mohawk 🙂

I’ll echo Aggie83, it’s been wonderful seeing everyone’s pictures and stories. I hope the rest of the batch finds their way home quickly!
