Show me your Fuzzy collections! This is a good way to practice posting a photo on the forum! (will someone perhaps post HOW that is done for the many of us who have not mastered it yet?)

Today, Feb 16th, We re-stocked and nearly sold out of the PYO Dragon (the smaller one) – HOWEVER – more are coming along! If you missed today’s batch, press that Join Waitlist button to be emailed when we restock them again. For best results log in and choose eye and jewel color before pressing the waitlist button.

Other PYO’s being restocked this week include: griffins, smooth scaled ki-rins, phoenixes, and a few winged wolves.

I don’t know how you plan your Swaps, however we will be restocking PYO’s of several sculptures sometime next week (around Feb 17, 2021). There are many people on the waitlists for each one though, and so when we restock, they may sell out quickly.

PYO’s we should be restocking next week (and possibly not all on the same day) include the PYO Dragon (the smaller one), PYO Ki-Rin (with smooth scales), PYO Griffin, and some PYO Phoenix. Please press the “joint waitlist” button on the page of the item that you want to be emailed about when its restocked. This works best if you are logged in before pressing the button, and you may need to select eye and jewel color before pressing the button.

We still have hens, roosters, kitsunis, sushi cats, Muses and some PYO Long Haired Flap Cats in stock. I hope this is helpful in making your plans!

Just an FYI – the “join waitlist” button doesn’t always work for Grab Bags – it depends upon how we make the page for the new grab bag. We always announce Grab Bags with the “newsletter” emailed announcements.

For restocks of existing products, please log into your Windstone account and press the “join waitlist” button on that item’s page and you will automatically be emailed when we restock them. Lately we have been selling out of items very fast. If you receive an email telling you an item you are waiting for has been restocked and then find that it is already gone – we apologize for the inconvenience however you will need to press that “join waitlist” button again for the next batch.

Hello Stasher-Dragon – You would place your order through our website (we are not really set up for phoned in orders) and when you place an order for the 3 PYO Hens, there is a space for customer notes – put your request for the extra Ki-rin eyes in there and a note about the eye colors you want for the hens there too. You can also always email service@windstoneeditions.com with questions or your request for the extra Ki-rin eyes. Susie, Customer Service (I get the service@windstoneeditions.com emails)

Hi! This is Susie here. I handle the paper work aspect of Windstone’s eBay sales. Maybe what I know will be helpful to you. Ebay is planning to switch all sellers over to the “Ebay Managed Payments” but probably haven’t processed every seller yet – which would explain why you may currently buy from one seller with the old paypal method and some with the new method (which is supposed to accepts lots of different credit cards). We’ve been on the new Managed Payments system since October. Its not too bad from the sellers point of view if you do not need the money instantly – they seem to pay us within two days of the sale pretty regularly (things sold during Thanksgiving weekend took longer) – transferring the money into our account – and giving us an account of what each transfer is for, listing our items sold. I think there may have been a warning that the first transfer of a Payout might take longer (and some banks might take longer to process it and show it in your account as well).

I do NOT like it from a buyer’s point of view because we do buy some supplies and tools and things from ebay using paypal and the paypal receipts tell me NOTHING except the dollar amount spent and that it went to ebay. This is because when you buy something through ebay, the money goes to ebay first, and then ebay sends the seller their portion. I don’t know what its like to use a credit card to buy an ebay item – but I imagine that your credit card bill just says “ebay” which would be just as annoying for those of us who have to reconcile these statements!

Just an FYI: Please don’t use auto-freshing scripts and programs on our website. It really does create a problem for any website no matter WHO is the host. I bet that WordPress had other sites glitch during our grab bag – and paypal probably did too – and they are probably wondering why! Just all of you manually refreshing to see when an item has been stocked creates an issue. And I don’t think there is a shopping cart alive that can fully handle the enthusiasm of Windstone Collectors during a grab bag!

I’m enjoying your ideas. Keep throwing them out there – maybe someone will come up with the perfect solution!

Please – anyone who has received a cat with a damaged ear (or anything else), please let email us to let us know! We must have done something wrong to have caused it. Please email susie@windstoneeditions.com or service@windstoneeditions.com Thank you!

The word is our code for who painted it. The date is the day it went into the box. (and sometimes we goof up and its got a wrong date or a wrong word) But this helps us know who did what and when. I am always looking for a better date stamp because “cancelled” really deserves a better name!

To find out what your air quality is, try looking at purple air .com. You can look at air quality all over the world! But keep in mind that in places like Corvallis, the air currents are such that just a couple of miles away its vastly different. Right now the spot where the sensor is, five miles from the factory, has a high reading – but here at the factory I’m sure its not that high – we actually saw the sun peek through for a moment!
