A limit of “One Per Customer” means that you can buy one and another person in your household can buy one too. We set the limit so that more people have a chance to get one. Please respect this rule so everyone has a chance. If something doesn’t sell fast, we lift the limit.
When we get really specific and say “one per customer and household and paypal account” that would mean that only one of you gets to buy one (but everyone in the house gets to admire it!). This doesn’t happen very often, we’ve done it with really small Grab Bags. When we get really strict like that we try to make people aware of that really strict stipulation in the emailed announcement as well as in the description on the item’s page because its a hassle to cancel orders. Please always read the emailed announcement!
Clay has removed several Kayla Noyes accounts now. If any more show up, we’ll remove them. Just delete those messages. We are sorry this spam got into our website. The spammer does not have your personal email address – the email going to you is sent only by our website to tell you that you have a message in the Private Message system.

A gallery of ebay pieces is something that’s been on our To Do list for ages – no one has had time. As you point out, we should probably have a gallery of raffle prize pieces as well! Our apologies for not making this information easy to find.

Hi, I know that this is addressed to Melody but let me help with the reply. Here is general information that will help everyone:
When we’ve retired an item we move it out of the general store listing and into the “Retired” store category. This category doesn’t show everything because we retired things before we had an on-line store, but it does show things that were retired after we began our on-line store. Someday we hope to have a nice “gallery of retired pieces”. Here is a link to the Retired category in the store: https://windstoneeditions.com/product-category/permanently-retired/ If an item is listed in here we will not make more of them in that color (and remember, this list in incomplete, it doesn’t include all of the older dragon sculptures in peacock, emerald, white, old green, brown, ruby, or red fire).
Unsigned Limited Production are sculptures and colors we make in small batches. We may or may not make more of them – we could make more several years from now, we could make some tomorrow, it depends upon a lot of factors including how many people are on the waitlists for them. Please forgive us for the long gaps in production on some of them: for example we do not want to retire something like “Shell Pink” when five years from now we may have a big demand for it. We don’t want to close that door and not be able to make more if the need arises. Etruscan: In its current state the shopping cart will allow more than one person to put the last item into their cart – and the first person to pay for it gets it – regardless of the cart timer. This is not a perfect state, but at least the shopping cart works! We apologize for it making you think you got one when you did not. We were trying to fix this problem when the whole thing seized up earlier and hopefully we’ll get it fixed before the next grab bag. When we get down to the last of the Fantasy unicorns (or of any of our products) the same thing may happen. We apologize.
So someone with both a Fantasy and a Safari in their cart took the Fantasy unicorn out of their cart and it let them finish the purchase of a Safari. If anyone would like to try to do the same thing, that might work for you too and then you’d be able to at least buy the Safari one. And if you look and see that you have more than you want in your cart (from trying to order multiple times), please take the extras out of your cart – that might help with the problem.
Please forgive us! Something went wrong with the store which has nothing to do with the lack of a limit but with the workings of the shopping cart. Poor Clay is trying to straighten it out.
