I love the mugs too. I am holding out until after the kikstarter though or I wont be able to support that.
Have you thought about making the mugs with the images from past Christmas cards? That way the folks who join the forum later still have a way to get them. A lot of those I would think would sell even year round as they dont all have Christmas decorations in the artwork design.

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"I am living vicariously through the photos here. I will be on my own for Christmas again. Hubby will be driving truck again, as he has for the last 19 years worth of holidays.
With 3 large dogs and 3 cats running around in the house, I am pretty certain the tree would end up either as the biggest bowling pin in history as the dogs ran past and slid into it on the tile floors. Or seen as a grand adventure in a new uncharted jungle to the cats. lol So I haven’t gotten any of my Christmas decorations out. Unless you count the hot cocoa with candy canes in it? lol
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas with family and friends and lots of love and laughter!

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"As much as I love PYO’s a chess set in the sizes discussed in the earlier link I would have no way to display or even store really. I supposed I can keep it set up on the kitchen table! Who wants to sit down to eat anyhow?? lol
Make what works for you Melody. You already do so much for us all!

That one is one I had traded Bodine and Melody had said it’s a marbled Bengal 😊
Ohh ok. Well he is beautiful!

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"Gina, you always come up with amazing colors. Your Cosmic Shift and Mystic Umber are 2 of my all time favorites! Thank you for coming up with so many different color schemes so that everyone finds something that they love!

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"I agree with Dragonmedley, you being safe is the most important thing. Get a pizza find a tv show or movie that you like and try to relax and enjoy the time to yourself.

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"I’ve seen other companies with unicorns and pegasi that have pastel coloring. The sculpts by other companies, in my opinion, generally leave much to be desired.
Windstones I love because of how well sculpted and realistic they are. Everything is in proportion and the expressions and poses are ones that I could really see a critter do. While I don’t personally care for most of the pastels that I have seen so far, I will always love the Windstone sculpt itself no matter the color.

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"Congratulations on acquiring the Beautiful Circus Palominos Suzanne-Marie!
Melody I love the Bulls!
MandBsMom, someday when you get the rest of your herd out of their boxes I would love to see photos of them. I understand what you mean by keeping the favorites out where you can see them all the time. I put my favorites in the rooms I spend the most time in. As I run out of space I appreciate the Crystal Breyers more and more because of their tiny size. Good luck, if you decide to get some, in acquiring the ones you love!

I am soo jealous of you right now. Here in western Colorado until the last week its still been hitting the high 60’s to low 70’s. This last week it has stayed below freezing, which temp wise I love, but still no rain or snow in this area. I really miss both and I want snow.. LOTS and LOTS of snow!
Enjoy the snow and curl up with the cats and some hot cocoa!

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"For me, I only do art projects when I am in the mood for them. I used to draw a lot when I was younger but I have not done that in years now. It’s just something that as much as I loved doing when I was younger, I have not found much enjoyment from the last several years. Painting the PYO’s I enjoy, but only if I am in the mood, otherwise it ends up a project of frustration. Which is why I generally only end up doing a few a year. There are a few I started that then got to sit for 4 or 5 months because my muse went on vacation without notice.
For me art is a zen thing, in the right mood, it all flows and somehow things end up looking good enough that other folks seem to really enjoy them and are willing to purchase them. And the threads we can put here that allows us to show off some of our work I find very inspiring. Even if someone doesn’t care for something and tells me, the feedback for me, helps me to improve or to perhaps look at trying something in a new way or a color I hadn’t planned on. I never look at art, in any form, as I HAVE too, only as I WANT too. That keeps it relaxing and enjoyable for me.
Good luck finding a way to enjoy your art again or coming to peace with taking a break from it for however long you need.

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"Thank you Nightcrow, I love Brishen’s color too. And yes I love the Huckleberry Bey sculpt as well. I have High Wire, Polaris and Paradigm along with the mini crystal version. I had the Arab Stallion too but when I moved 8 years ago he mysteriously disappeared. So at some point I will be getting another. I’ll post a picture of them tomorrow.
