Melody, every time I look at the new, colorful GB Young Unicorns, they remind me so much of beautiful carousel horses. So that got me thinking…
Could I possibly squeak for PYO Carousel or Parade Unicorns? Not only would they turn out incredible (because of your immense talent!), but they would be such a thrill to paint!
*Whew!* What a relief, Anichol! I wonder what happened to have caused such a mishap…? (Everyone at the Post Office needs a good lesson on how important Windstones are! Losing them can cause nothing but serious stress and heartache!)
I can’t wait to see her photos though! It’s amazing how much devotion went into painting all of these unicorns! I have yet to see one that is anything less than beautiful!
*(I’m still anxiously waiting for mine. Since I live in New Jersey, it was a bit cheaper to use UPS. But silly me instantly regretted it since that meant that I would have to to wait a week until she gets here. And now the suspense is driving me bonkers! Luckily, she should be here on Thursday, so she’ll be here before I know it!) 🙂
I cannot thank you all enough for offering to breed your dragons so that others can have a chance at some incredible “new” breeds to add to (our) scrolls! It’s truly so wonderful coming to this website. Not only does it offer a lot of beautiful sculptures to collect, but it also lets us meet the kindest group of people; right here on the forum! 🙂
I’m so sorry, Brazy! That was me… 🙁 I noticed this egg was available and got so excited since I too have always had horrible luck trying to get one of these classic metallic dragons. –BUT!!! I’ll tell you what! Since I was able to influence this egg and can continue his nice lineage (all fathers are Silver, and all mothers are CB blue Nubula dragons) , I’ll do my best to produce an egg for you! The first one I get, I’ll make sure to send him your way! 🙂
Is there a complete group picture of this batch somewhere?
There is a photo of all the unicorns in the blog!
http://www.windstoneeditions.com/blog/grab-bag-young-unicorns-class-92013…Yay! Let us all squeak together for OW goodness!
I am 100% behind you on this! I’ll probably lose my voice from squeaking so loud if it meant we could have Rainbow Old Warriors in the store again!
Anyone who got multiple emails: The link at the bottom of each email to the windstone store, is that link written a little differently in each email?
I received two e-mails at the same time that were identical to each other. (I hope this helps!)
Wow! You’ve got great eyes, Scathach! Here I was drooling over the unicorn’s picture and I never even noticed his collar! Haha… 😀
Thank you so much, littleironhorse! I adopted your little Shimmer egg! (He’ll be my very first Shimmer!!!) I tried breeding some of my rare dragons to offer in return, but they were all a “flop”. (Boooo….) I’ll cross my fingers that they’ll cooperate next time!
(Edit) *Luckily, I have CB Lumina and 2012 Christmas dragons to continue the lineage! Once I can breed them, I’ll offer their eggs here! 🙂
I couldn’t agree with you more! When I first saw his picture, my mouth literally dropped open from how incredibly gorgeous he is! (I wonder if Brandi will make the entire family in this color?! )
What beautiful artwork, Bodine! I love the bright, bold colors you used and all the details you put in it! It’s incredible knowing that this was your first time to airbrush on a canvas! You truly did a beautiful job!
Fatalbeauty, what an ADORABLE little Guinea Pig! I can’t get over how realistic she looks! 😀
Woooooooow!!! I just looked on Ebay and say the new “Toasted Periwinkle #1” Male Ki-Rin by Brandi! He literally made my jaw drop open when I saw him! He’s gorgeous!!! 😀
Flat Fuzzies also like…
Going to Medieval Times in Lyndhurst, New Jersey!(Seeing his long lost friends!!!)
(Blue Fuzzy was excited that we were about to get seated!)
FRONT ROW SEATS!!! We were on the Black and White Knight’s side!
(Blue Fuzzy apologizes for not getting into this photo! But he wanted me to still post this to show off our Black and White Knight and the arena. It turned out that our knight was not only handsome, but he even gave us a Carnation! …Too bad he was the first one to get “killed” in battle. When that happened, Blue Fuzzy and I yelled, “Booooooo!”)
(Blue Fuzzy is disappointed in my photography skills. This photo is too blurry for his liking!)
I wanted to take more pictures, but Blue Fuzzy and I ended up becoming so fascinated by the show and food that we completely forgot to take out our camera again! We’re sorry about that! But for what it’s worth, we had a great time! -
