Wow, I was on at 1:45 and was getting that message. They were snapped up very fast. I was testing though. Feeling it out for when I’m seriously going to attempt to buy. Now that my daughter is finished in school and we are not paying huge fees maybe I will have some disposable cash soon. Also she got a job right away so that will help big time. Thank goodness. 3 down 1 to go but he’s still in elementary school. Anyways, going to be checking into the pictures of this batch. Hopefully you all get the one you were wanting.
Probably obvious question but I was on shortly after they were out and was getting the message that all were in carts check back later. Does this mean if I was to stay and refresh I could have maybe caught one if I got lucky? New to this and haven’t done a grab bag yet. Im not disappointed. Wasn’t going to buy if I did get one. Just want to know for the future when some new poads come out. Kinda have fallen for them. Thanks.
Thank you Susie.i got them today. Both are in great Shape. The mother has a tiny paint chip on her one toe. Will check the faq section to get more info. Hopefully I can repair well enough on my own. 🙂
Thanks, Kim. You very helpful. I am picking the up locally so I will definitely bring some towels and boxes. Hopefully they are in as good of shape as she is saying they are. They definately need a little love, that’s for sure. Fingers crossed.
I’m pretty sure I am getting them for a great price even if they are a tad dusty.

Here goes… Could someone tell me about these two dragons I’m in the process of buying. Soppose to be in really good shape. Just need a good cleaning. First time posting pictures and I’m not quite used to posting yet so here’s hoping these work.

As some of you may know my 10 year old and I are starting a collection. As it is we are a bit late starting so we are not super picky but I just wonder if they can be cleaned or not?

Hello, Woodland!! And all.
I’m new too. I’m from Vancouver Canada. Im in my forties and have 4 kids. 3 are over 19 and one younger that got me started on Windstone because he has been reading books on dragons. One being the Fire Within book series. We ordered him a hatching rainbow for his 10th birthday in Dec. Rainbows are his favorite. I have since ordered myself two of the copper/ teal dragons that I am waiting to get my hands on currently. I love this site and it is safe to say I need a 12 step already. I go to bed reading the forum posts scanning the pics on the site and the forum almost every night now. 🙂 so glad to have found this group. Looking forward to trying a pyo.Marianne

Yes, the Windstone 12 step program is usually something like this:
1 – I’ll just get a few dragons
2 – they’ve restocked some of the griffins, I’d better get one before they sell out again
3 – Oh look, that flap cat is just like my kitty
4 – those baby unicorns are cute (and they don’t take much shelf space)
5 – I don’t understand why people like Poads, but I’ll get a tadpoad for my collection
6 – pebbles are little, I have room for a couple more
7 – have you seen that test paint on ebay!
8 – what’s a grab bag?
9 – oh, I loved the grab bag livestream … have you heard when they’ll be in the store?
10 – they’re in the store!!
11 – have they lifted the one per customer limit yet?
12 – I wonder what Melody is working on now …Very clever. I can definitely see the pull of the next step. I have probably rocketed to step 9 already as I’m checking everyday on the grab bag page. What fun it is. I was even out today thrift store shopping and checking all the trinket shelves for anything with Pena on it. No hope for me… I’m hooked.

Nice to meet you Kim. I’m amazed all the Canadians that are here in the forum. The copper fledgling I have coming is coming from Ontario. I would love to see pics of your rainbow hatching dragon. 🙂 I tease my son by moving his dragon around and say he must have turned to lookout the window. He is still working on a name for him but at this point he is saying Top is Google the knowledge dragon. Haha. He has a great imagination and always has a book in his hands. We have 3 dogs and a cat as well.

I like rocks, crystals, and fossils. The chest under my desk is gradually beginning to overflow, to my pride.
I also have a small collection of rocks and geodes with my 10 year old son. 🙂
Hello all!! I’m pretty new here but I like Windstone and Pyrex!! Plus just stared collecting a small porcelain christmas village set.
I’m a newbie but have to say I adore this little guys coloring. Referring to the Oil Spot hatching Dragon. Love the black egg and the light eyes. Fantastic! Also I am in love and watching the Old Warrior in the suede color on eBay too. Just a gorgeous guy. Won’t be bidding but will be happy for the winner.
