Oh dear.. that poor exiled Kirin Baby! I hope he is soon off to a new home.. where he strut his stuff and can be as fishy as he likes!
Natasha.. the Diablo Kirins are beautiful.. and will look perfect in your collection!
Oh my gosh everyone thank you for sharing your stories! Kim..I love your rainbow colored collection you have.. and now I love your collection even more after hearing your story.Thank you for sharing it with me here. I hope there will be a special rainbow piece coming to you soon to bring you some happiness. Anxiety is a terrible monster. I have suffered from it myself. When I was little my mom bought me a rainbow ribbon kite with a unicorn on it. She hung it in my bedroom over my bed so I could see it when I went to bed and woke up in the morning. I was a kid of the 80’s and loved the He-Man and She-Ra. I would be thrilled to see a Swiftwind Pegasus from She-Ra. I could not imagine losing family photos and memories. I am so sorry that you went through that. I hope now you are able to take many pictures as you make new memories with your family. I was touched by your story, and it made me realize how grateful I should be to have the family photos and things I have still from my childhood.
Bodine.. we are even cause you story got some tears out of me to! I hope we find a special piece out there that looks like Molly. Seems horses like to be in houses lol. That could be a Dr.Seuss book.. Horses in Houses lol. I believe that horses will continue to be a big part of your life in someway. I am sure Molly never forgot you.
Ela-Hara.. it is cold and allergy season! Lol. Leila brought me some tears when she arrived.. I am looking at her now she is so lively and bright and cherry. I think you should go and find Benji where ever he is and give him and his kissing spot a hug!
First off thank you for all your hard work Melody that you have been putting into getting out two fantastic grab bag pieces (baby Kirins and newly released foxes) out to us in such a short time! I was curious to know a few things.. how are the sculpts of Garlen, Chalice, and Podge coming along? I wonder if they could become stretch goals for your possible kickstarter? Any more developments on the tapir like creatures seen in reptangle? I believe you had a work in progress sculpt photo before? Lastly Aardwolves.. I wonder if a batch of one of the sitting foxes could be painted up like them for another offering!? At least until the day comes and you make one lol.
Wow Natasha that Unicorn is majestic. His colours are very striking!
Rylorien your Kirin’s are all so beautiful. Your picture makes me a little sad.. its almost like the sitting Kirin is saying goodbye to the others before they left lol. 🙁That’s what I thought… I felt I recall it being okay to add to it as it is your own pyo to make original.
Oh I agree with you Sikek the black sparkly on Pebbles is also a favorite look of mine to. I have the wolf pebble in black sparkle.
He is out of this world gorgeous! Thanks for sharing his picture with us!
He is very beautiful! Thanks for sharing him with us!
I just painted my first one for the swap.. she is as at her new home now. I do have two Kirins waiting for me to get started on. I have a few ideas for them! Oh your color shift paint.. what do you use.. or do you make your own?
Hi welcome to the forum! Looking forward to seeing your collection!
Hi! I saw them to when I was younger. It was in a cutlery store to at the mall. I believe it was called House of Knives. My mom had a co-worker that bought one as well when they worked together in a jewellery store and he brought it over to show us. I grew up loving unicorns and dragons. I was introduced to them with a series called Krystonians. My mom bought me a few.
One day I hope to have one of the larger dragons. I have a lovely little pebble family for now.
Welcome to the forum!
Hi Sharra! Thank you for sharing your heartfelt story. I wish I could step back in time and buy younger you and your mom a Winstone.
I am newish here myself. I joined in the fall of last year. I only have started collecting. I have mostly smaller pieces at the moment, I adore the Pebble animals. So I have a couple horses, and two mini keepers. My first piece was a mini keeper that I think has a twinkle in his eye and is often up to mischief when I go to sleep at night lol. I really appreciate hearing how much meaning your collection has to you. I shared my story in a thread I started called the Power of Horses if you got a moment to read it.. kinda wordy lol.
