As we all describe the progess on our pyo swap pieces I just imagine people across the globe either shrinking in horror [god, I hope she doesn’t have me] or are in eager anticipation [I hope she got me, I hope she got me] 😆 It will be quite a show in the end when all will display these works of wonder or dismay! Personally, I think everything is going to look good–even my piece! 😈 😀
I get so amazed at us–Monday we crashed the store by rushing in all at once to get these beauties. I just checked and there is one each of silver Puffin and brown Tiger and 3 silver Tigers! They’re still there! The closed eye flaps and the male amethyst dragon are still there. These things didn’t last 5 minutes when they first hit the store!
I was part of the madness Monday, but only got Tiger in silver and brown and the mermaid. Got Puffin Tuesday so I’m set for now until the next new thing hits the store. Hmmmmmmmm wonder what it could be? [As my credit card shrinks in terror!] 😀

You’re not alone–mine are screaming bloody murder :shout: ! Would like to see the brown Puffin come out but can wait–just future debt for me 😆 !
I remember when the Bengal flaps went on ebay, a question was asked as to whether she was going to make this a production color. I remember Melody saying probably not–on the bigger cats–because it was difficult to air brush the spots. So it’s not as bad on Puffin and Tiger but those spots would take more time to paint. I’m glad she did make Puffin and Tiger available in the bengal colors–I can afford them better! 😀
Congradulations, Ski–that’s a great price! Then too people may be stretched in their credit cards right now but having a new pretty always lifts the spirits! 😀
I sometimes see a opossum or two around my neighborhood, but it wouldn’t be long before they ended up as road kill! And they weren’t play possum! 🙁
Personally, I don’t like these larger forums like MySpace, Facebook and whatever–just too many people for me! I like forums like this one–at least we all have one thing in common–WINDSTONES and we appreciate art! I know people who actually feel superior because they have all these ‘friends’ on these forums! Yeah, right! Virtual friends who are here today and gone tomorrow. I actually had one woman send me a nasty email telling me off because I hadn’t contacted her for a while–didn’t want to–she was whacked! :twisted:[Long story!] Never even met her and she’s mad because I didn’t get in touch with her! Like WTF move on and get over it! 😮 👿
I realize I have the same thing here–not really knowing some of these people but there is something different on this forum–there is caring! I mean there are raffles to help raise money for someone when they’re down and all sorts of people going out of there way to help each other. Man, did I land in a good place! 😀
