I finally got back to painting. Still having gut issues, but I’ll tell you guys about that later. Right now just working around it. So after a long while, I thought I would try another one of these again…that and I needed to do new photos for a new pyo tutorial. I used the old style on this gal.

OOOOO!! I love it! Like I would take that and show it off in my collection love it. I don’t find it very avatar looking. It’s anatomy looks natural and works visualy but it absolutely looks alien. Gads I love your stuff. One of these days I’ll find a way to get ahold of one of your sculpts.

YAY! I am sooooooo happy to see your new pyos PT! I’ve missed seeing new stuff from you. It’s always an inspiration and a motivation, your items are just so detailed and amazing. My favorite is Atlantis…I would totaly stick him in my ocean themed keeper collection.
Night Glow is a knock out. He looks positively fluorescent. Putple and green are really hard to blend together but they looks so awesome on him. He looks so natural and mouth wateringly awesome. And his little markings in teal and yellow are perfect.

And Tux with the reptile eyes, those are really awesome.

Again, I love seeing your new stuff!

I just asked my mom, because it sounded familier. We had a cat that had a urine blockage. He ended up with crystals in his urine. After taking him to the vet, they were told to look into changing our cat’s diet, so we did and he didn’t have any more problems with blockage after that. She says dogfood can cause urine blockages in cats too. Our cat lasted until he died of old age.

I am so sorry to hear that your kitty is having so much trouble.:(
I think some vets may be that way from seeing people who CAN’T let thier pet die even though the pet is in pain… I know I would have a lot of trouble seeing stuff like that. On the other hand…I’ve experienced vets who will do anything for the animal..even if it is a slim chance.

I don’t know if It would work, but what I do for my kitties is I crush some kitty treats, I roll the pill in the crushed kitty treats, and then i give my cats a few of the treats..holding each treat so it is above them and they have to reach for it and I can drop the treat in thier mouth. I then hold the pill the same way..which now smells like a treat, and It has worked every time. They swallow the pill just like a treat and only after they swallowed it do they realize…………that treat tasted funny.

                          But it’s worked every time.

Yeah, we need to start putting the pyo names at the head of our photo posts. The keeper is call Sakura, as GF said. Sakura is japanese for Cherry Blossom. This keeper is painted in the colors of the blooming cherry tree flowers.

He does have some sea shell tones, but we most likely would have done a much lighter and softer blend of pinks, peaches and lots of interference. This guy actualy has a lot of darker pinks on him. The photos over exposed some parts of him.

This have been really unpredictable lately. I usualy charge by how easy something was for me and how much in demand things are.

Sadly it’s not been a whole lot of demand. I’ve got a few pyo’s that have been shelved for months.

So I’d advise what every price you feel comfortable with. There is nothing wrong with wanting a value even with what every one else is charging…but it’s also completely ok if you want to charge less for what ever reason.

Honestly he is really amazing. Not only is the painting clean and finely blended. But you used colors that are not commom for this color scheme, with the darker blending that almost looks like it has a bluish hue. It’s highly appealing and that is really hard for a good painter to blend and make look as good as you have. He’s worth every penny that other have suggested for sure.

Ozone will destroy the odor and probably not hurt the paint or pad. If you know anyone with an ozone generator like the ones used to kill odors in hotel rooms or from fire damage that you could borrow it should do it. However, you don’t want to breath the ozone so you can’t do it in a room that you occupy and it will damage latex rubber so you need to be careful of that as well.

This is all true. Ozone can break down the chemical bonds that create odor, but it is not stuff you want to be breathing in at all. It is a highly unstable element and takes away odor by pretty much vaporizing what small particles it comes in contact with….so you can imagine what it would do if you breathed it in.

My Dad works in environmental clean up of ground water, particularly from old gas stations. One of the methods is to pump ozone into the ground in order to break up the hazardous material. So that gives a little idea of what it can do.
