I find the fact the he insists in 3 separate messages not to use shipping conformation highly suspicious. The first 2 he had no intention of reimbursing you so why should he care if you use conformation? Hopefully you get a good resolution and he get a nice big black mark for his pathetic attempts to save face.

I’ve seen Aceo cards at Michaels but you could cut your own out of card stock if you wanted. Though is doesn’t have to paper. The cards I made are carved and painted leather.

I got my cards on Tuesday but haven’t really been near electronics to take pictures or post. I got Bodine’s “Yen-Yang” dragon card and the center thank you card, Falcolf’s “Red Fox”, and a green dragon card by 96037.

It’s not a fake it’s false advertising. I actually have that turtle. It’s resin and I bought it in a keepsake shop in Hawaii. (and it has a gold made in China sticker)

The laps are on the no horn list. There’s a list of horn statuses in Ask Melody -> sticky topic “The on-going horns shortage…” if you want to check what they have and don’t have for horns.

It’s a quote from this thread. I happened to scroll up to look at your foo mom (who’s gorgeous btw) and there it is. The same sentence is located just above her.

Got mine in the mail last night. They’re coming from Canada so they should be there in about a week.

Those customs fees are ridiculous. When I get charged by Canada post(if I get charged) it’s about $20 for a $300 item not $45 like they want. And what’s to say after ebay’s taken their fee I won’t get charged again by Canada post if the seller happens to ship direct to me instead of to ebay. I suppose in some ways this new fee is a good thing…. Less temptation to buy anything off ebay.

Edit: Maybe sending a invoice request might get around it.

One big, beautiful, ticked off dragon who had to spend a month in her box. I have explained that it was unintentional – I went to help care for my mother who was sick and I expected to be back in a couple of weeks to unpack the dragon when she arrived … and then Mother died … and then we had the funeral to get through … and then we started getting my father ready to move to an apartment … and I just got home … but the dragon is still annoyed. Maybe she will feel better tomorrow.

(Sorry about bringing down a “Happy” thread. I do realize this probably is not the best place to put the personal information, but it was an intense five weeks and I am still trying to process the whole thing. At the moment, being whimsical helps.)

I would keep an eye on that one. To me she doesn’t just look angry, she’s got an evil grin on. I think she may have thought up a plan to exact revenge and is Secretly laughing to herself in twisted anticipation!

I’m so sorry, Brazy! That was me… 🙁 I noticed this egg was available and got so excited since I too have always had horrible luck trying to get one of these classic metallic dragons. –BUT!!! I’ll tell you what! Since I was able to influence this egg and can continue his nice lineage (all fathers are Silver, and all mothers are CB blue Nubula dragons) , I’ll do my best to produce an egg for you! The first one I get, I’ll make sure to send him your way! 🙂

OMG was sooo not trying to make new momma feel bad at all!!! I am happy for you that you have him. yeah! I would in future love to give a home to one of your eggs if you would like to share one for sure. That would be awesome. Also, take a look at my scroll and if there is anything you would like me to breed for you I am always willing to breed and gift anytime. I never know what people will want so feel free to take a look and shoot me a pm with your wants.

That goes for Anyone on here. Just let me know.

A lot of us will breed stuff just for the asking. I often can’t be bother to breed my dragons unless someone wants something. So ask away.

(I tried my metals for you but didn’t get anything this time)

Watered paint is fine. I believe that’s what most people use. There is stuff you can buy to slow the dying of your paint but it’s not necessary though.

If you clear coat before antiquing it helps the antique to wipe off cleanly. This also means you can fix mistakes or remove it completely alot easier if needed. Also if the paint is drying too fast try antiquing smaller areas.

                                Hope this helps.

I get that too. I mostly get nauseous and feel like I’ll pass out if I don’t lay down. So I usually bring juice with me and get my blood drawn lying down. It’s called Vasovagal response. Pretty much your veins dilate and your blood pressure and heart rate drops. It often causes fainting. Fortunately I’ve yet to actually faint from it.
