F.Y.I. when an item shows as “out of stock” but has no “notify when back in stock button” it means that it is in someone’s shopping cart and hasn’t actally sold yet. If that person changes their mind, it will come back out of their cart and reappear as in stock.
Susie, Lane was able to get rid of the notify button for special items. These pegs are both sold now. I dont know what the special item listings look like if someone just has the item in their cart.
I see the two pegs, but they show as out of stock on the listing page and when I check each individual page, there is no notify button, no out of stock notice.
Are they “up for viewing” for awhile so that “everyone” gets a chance to see them before they go “live”? Just wondering if there is a glitch or not.As a side ‘nit-pick’, the “sellIIng” typo is still there…

Both new pegs have been sold (they lasted about 3-4 hours). There is no notify button because they will never be restocked. Now that the pesky notify button is gone, I have re-enabled the first three pegs that were sold so you can see what they looked like.
I tried to get a subscription thing working for the special items area but it did not work. I will try again next week.
Also, whatever we call the category has to be no longer than about 30 chartacters, including spaces.
The other thing is that some (many?) things in this category might not ever be restocked. I think the plan was that anything in this category would have no immediate plans for a restock (but none would be officially retired either), but if a bunch of people have clicked the notify button on something, then we might restock it.
I just put 80 more back in stock. If you have already bought two from the last batch but want more, you can go ahead and purchase two more from this batch (but it would be nice if you could wait a day to give those who missed out on the last batch to buy one).
We are still shipping orders from yesterday. If you buy more foo dogs, please do not email and ask to have the two orders combined. Most of the orders from yesterday are already packed and ready to go, they are just waiting for their shipping labels and shipping stickers and such. With susie gone, we really don’t have time to repackage orders from yesterday and combine them with new orders from today. Thank you! 🙂

Have a question about certain lists on the flea market, the stickys such as “want to buy” or “anyone buying”, are these going to be moved over to classifieds?
And there are a few other stickys as well. Also longer lists like “wishlists”, and “put your wishlist here”?The Want to Buy/Anyone Buying threads will not be moved. If you have anything listed there as an item you are looking to buy, you will need to create a wanted ad for it.
The PYO Commissions thread will not be moved. If you are a PYO painter whose information is posted in the PYO Commissions thread, you will need to make a selling ad for yourself if you are accepting commissions.
The Windstone Appraisals thread and Looking for a Windstone thread will most likely move to the General Windstone area.
The Wishlist thread will most likely be moved to the General Windstone area or restarted there.
I am undecided on the feedback thread. I *may* move it to General Windstone, but at the very least it will be linked to in the upcoming Classifieds FAQ.

Did the paint run off enough that is it completely gone in spots, or did it just run off enough to turn the water pink?You have a “bleeding ruby” (also known as “dark ruby” or “cranberry ruby”). The very first rubies were painted with a very unstable red paint that bleeds through the finishing clearcoat. To my knowledge, it can’t be sealed, it can only be kept away from water and sunlight.
