That Etna tho. I’m seriously taking stock and seeing what I can trade for one.
I did spend a few years near Mt. Etna so, double need for this color of dragon. They’re just Ikea bookshelves XD but it means I can make it as big or as small as I need/want it. They don’t look bad at all.
My majors are:
East Asian Culture with a concentration in Japanese culture
and
Japanese LanguageStaying for the language since I needed one more language course.
Anyone want my lower gen split eggs? 🙂 I think these are all the clean ones with names and descriptions.
Claim my eggs/hatchlings!
Claim my eggs/hatchlings!
Claim my eggs/hatchlings!
Claim my eggs/hatchlings!Honestly, nowadays when I move, I don’t pack my dragons at all- I just carry them!
Ahaha… Yeah, my first Windstone was a male Griffin. Not really understanding what he was made out of, (I was 11 at the time..) I packed him up in a suitcase when I went on a trip to my grandparent’s. He made it there fine, but he came back with a broken talon. XD
Now though, I can’t really carry the ones that I own. Wen I came back to the states from Japan, it took me forever to convince the movers to use the original packaging and to just sit there while I packed them. The last time I moved, my old Jade oriental broke his entire foot off, so he’s not easily replaceable.
When the apartment above us caught fire and all our stuff had to be moved out to be cleaned, I made sure I packed up all 47 of my windstones up, shoved them each in their original boxes. They barely fit all of them in one car but thank goodness my boyfriend loves them as much as I do and was willing to sacrifice a car trip up to his mother’s just for them.
Most of mine have chips or bangs as it is from all the moving they’ve done. But if you display them right, no one notices that my oriental has no orb or front foot. Or that most on the top shelf have head talons broken off or chipped. Those on the bottom have chips on their feet… Moving really is hazardous for these fragile guys. n.n
3 of mine were just wild guesses that probably aren’t right at all. 🙁 Oh well. Here’s hoping I got -some- of them right. At least all the ones I own… I’m really eager to see the answers because some of those were really tough!
I can’t figure out three of them XD Derp.
I saw that and raised an eyebrow with that gaudy paint job…
Uhhh…. really late reply so I don’t know if anyone still around can read this or not, but I happened to find this while searching for myself on google. XD
Anyways, I still have all the windstones I’ve ever collected. I’ve just not added to the collection in a long time. I’m alive though!
I got out of the military in 2009, so I don’t have that delicious disposable income that I had before. I’m also in an apartment instead of a two story house, so the windstones that I have are just what I have and there’s really no room for more additions. I’m now a college student trying to figure out what the heck I want to do with my life at 29…
It makes me a bit sad that I never did get a secret keeper when I could. He’d go on the fireplace mantle very nicely. The only things missing from these pictures are a couple of unpainted pyos I bought and my black male griffin that is STILL at my parent’s house. I’ll have to go through my windstone paperwork to find out who is a regular run and who is a limited edition because I forget these things.
Heh. being in the Military they poke us just for the hellav it sometimes.
Well we need three samples. One for your *medical jargon* another for your lipids and another for your *medical jargon that sounds like if you say it bakwards he’ll say Psych!*
I have really tiny rolly veins, so I told the guy, “Hey. You’re gonna need the baby needle.”
(I always ask for it b/c it’s less painful too in addition to it’s the only thing that will fit in my tiny veins.)
“No, I’m really good. Just watch”“You’re gonna need the baby needle.”
*stick*Ow
“Dang. Let me try again”
*stick* *stick* ;_;
“Hmm… let me try the other arm.”🙄 “Okay…” Yeesh.
“There’s nothing good on this side. Let me get Carrie”
Enter Carrie
“Hi. I’m really good.”
I’m taping my fingers and thinking of what wonderful colors my arm is going to turn because I always bruise “Are you going to get the baby needle?”
“I want to try. Of course he took all the good ones.” *stick*
“Dangit.”
*stick*
“Hmm… Let me go get Chief.”
Enter Chief and sees me tapping my fingers.
Why the hell didn’t you two use the baby needle? Now I have to try and find *one* instead of *a good one.”
*sigh*
Some stuff I learned in my experience after being stuck so many times:1. Drink LOTS of water the day before you go and avoid caffine. This will make your veins easier to find.
2. Don’t watch. Look at the table next to you. Talk to the guy. I had one guy do a “Breathe in” *stick* “Breathe out” and it was cake! well er. Easi-er I coulda hugged him if we weren’t both in uniform.
3. Taking the needle out is actually more painful than putting it in. To me it feels like it’s still in there and lasts for a day or two.
Whhaaaa? >.< Where's the catch? lol. That sounds like a wonderful trade. Where can I send him 😀
I’m not on here that often and I know there are a few talanted re-sculptors among us. I recieved my newest piece with his leg broken.
It’s not a clean break though and some pieces were ground to dust so I can’t really just glue him back together. Without the jade paint though, someone would have to give him a new color.
Anyone interested? 😀 I’d also like an estimate. I’m not sure what kind of time and effort it takes for these types of things. Might be just cheaper to search for a new jade?
I can’t choose! >.<
I like: 2, 4, 5, 8, 15….and 7. Tooo many cool colors!
This?
I want her too. I loved Quaggas when I was little and after looking at the Katuran Oddesey(sp?) it’s sparked up again. 😀
I have Albino and Black males and a wolf and pearl female.
So I’m guessing my two wolf chicks are fine since the albino would not be dominant over any color, but I would like to see something like a wolf colored with a small tuft of white or black or something just so you could tell which one actually sired.
